Firefox almost exclusively. On the rare times I find a page that Firefox has issues with, then I will try Chrome and if that fails then i will break out IE against my will. But sometimes IE is the only one that will work, typically with some of the Microsoft web pages.

I use IE 8 but until very recently I used IE 7. With IE 7 if I took way too long to answer a post here not only would it be eaten but I would be logged out. That hasn't happened since switching to IE 8 but it didn't always happen before either so I don't know if that is a problem. *shrug* The only other problem I have ever had is that a while back while searching through various sites (mainly deviantart) for pics, I had the browser crash on me when I had somewhere well over thirty (not an exaggeration) tabs simultaneously open. It seems to work fine for me on every site.

My Usage:
85% FF 3.latest (my main browser of choice)
13% Chrome (I use when I need to log into a different Google session but don't want to log off in my main browser)
02% IE 8 (I use just to confirm if I have seen a bug in FF or Chrome or when I want to see ads (I have adblock in FF and Chrome so I never see them otherwise)

How many different browsers do you use?
Answer: Yes.
Of course, I'm a web developer, so...
Long answer:
Personal use: Firefox
Advise for people with low resources to use, especially when ALT+Tabbing out during video games: Chrome
Advise for people who are blind to use: Opera
Test for professional websites: Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE6+. Everything else is just noise. (Edit: if I'm doing any kind of javascript or forms, I test in Safari, but it's generally not required if you're testing in FF from what I've experienced)
Test for my own websites: as at work but I don't give a s!!+ about IE6 users and test for IE 7 only as my last task. ;)
