I'm new to Pathfinder... I know its probably hard to keep a regular group going online, but figure I could start with some short one off adventures to find some regular players. Anyone interested in a small game... since I'm new I don't want to get too overwhelmed... just 1-2 players, and we can setup a time to play online via skype... i type fast... for some reason I kinda like to just play via text and let the stories come about that way... I'm in LA... so generally i'm looking for games friendly to west coast time. Weds and Thurs nights are always good for me... and weekends are generally good too... I'm thinking the sessions will be no more than 1-2 hours... maybe 3 at a time... I don't want to get carpal tunnel... lol. We can just flow with it... see what works... I'm new to trying to run the show online, but I'd like to be able to run some short and fun quick adventures to see where this goes.
Maybe I should just go that route... I guess for some reason I like the anonymity of just text on the screen... but I'm sure my wrists will say otherwise after trying to type for several hours on a keyboard!
Hi Shagra--I am in L.A. as well. Regrettably, I don't think I have time for Skype evenings, as I'm busy with domestic duties/music writing then. I am down for PbP during the day or evening though!
Text is better for recording for the ages, I think. :)
I am brand new to pathfinder and rpgs in general, but live in an area where there's not a local shop available for regular play and would love to do this! I'm very flexible for evenings so let me know when you're thinking and am looking forward to it.
