Reporting Help

I am a new GM and having a lot of difficulty reporting my most recent PFS event. I create the event and fill out all the fields I can, and hit Save Changes on every field before moving on to the next. When I return to the GM/Event Coordinator page, there is no Report option, just an Edit. What am I doing wrong? I've had similar trouble with my previous sessions, but those eventually got reported. I do not know what I am doing differently.

This is a problem a few other people are reporting, so my suggestion below might not work for you. If that is the case, I recommend emailing Paizo (customer.service@paizo.com) - try to have as many links and screenshots as possible when you do, though. What you see on your screen might be different than what they see on theirs when looking into it!

In addition to the GM/Event Coordinator tab under https://secure.paizo.com/organizedPlay/myAccount, you can also report from the event page itself.

If you click on the event's title, you should get to a summary page. Here's an example of one that I have for my local lodge - and this is what it looks like on my end - buttons appear at the bottom so I can edit the event or report.

I hope that helps you out. If not, it may be a problem with the site, and with luck, customer service can get it fixed up for you!
