This build was inspired by another post, discussing the interactions of abilities with grapple.
I decided to go with a Rogue(Kidnapper) build in this case but so far as I can tell the following class(archetypes) should also work without much modification.
Monk(Tetori)
Brawler(Verdant Grappler)
Fighter(Unarmed Fighter)
Now the build
Race: Human
Class: Rogue
Archetype: Kidnapper
Rogue Talents: Improved Grapple(2nd), Combat Trick – Strangler(4th), Ambuscading Grapple(6th), Greater Grapple (8th)
Feats: Racial Heritage[Ogre](1st), Great Fortitude(3rd), Corrupted Flesh(6th), Improved Stench(7th), Pungent Stench (9th)
Other Feats to consider: Body Shield, Chokehold, Hamatula Strike, Pinning Knockout, Sleeper Hold
The main idea, is that you can grapple an opponent who should immediately start to be affected by your stench ability (as well as anyone who tries to get near you). The now nauseated opponent will be unable to resist as you grapple them doing sneak attack damage.
obviously, anyone who is immune to poison will be immune to this, as will anyone who makes their save against your stench ability.
Is there something I'm missing that would make this more effective?
Is there some way to "reset" my stench after someone's saved against it?
This build leaves a "free" floating feat that could be spent on something. Also, it relies on the ability to retrain one of your feats at 6th level, otherwise Pungent Stench gets pushed back to 11th level.

It looks like you'd have to squeeze in Improved Unarmed Strike to qualify for the Combat Trick: Strangler.

Works as intended.
My bad, read your statblock wrong. Carry on, Stinky Hugs For All!

yep, you're right. That's what I get for trusting the table and not checking the details. The feat table I was looking at indicated that I only needed improved grapple and sneak attack.
I guess that's where I'm spending the bonus feat from human.
How does the Stench affect the rest of the party. Can you turn it on and off?
There was a discussion about stench abilities a while back. I'm fairly sure that the RAW doesn't allow you to "turn off" stench. Though there were some reasonable house-rules suggested that would allow a character to do so with a check.
Otherwise, everyone would get nauseated in the morning and then be immune to it for the next 24 hours. It wouldn't be pleasant but effectively your own party members would just be "noseblind" to your stench.
Alternatively, everyone could just invest in gas masks.....

Why not starting with decent Wisdom and dip a level into Unchained Monk? Decent Wis gives you better Will saves, while the dip itself gives you a big boost to saves, better BAB, Wis to AC (armors get a bit problematic to high Dex characters), an extra attack at full BAB, Stunning Fist, Improved Unarmed Strike and Improved Grapple (or Dodge). This frees you 2 feat slots (or 2 feat-equivalent slots), and you can get Accomplished Sneak Attacker to keep up with the sneak attack progression, practically offsetting the main drawback of dipping.

Interesting.
I was looking at a 2 level brawler(Snakebite Striker & Venomfist) dip to accomplish something similar. So I would be Rogue(2)->Brawler(2)->Rogue(x).
I wouldn't have to take accomplished sneak attack to maintain it, and I would save myself a feat and a talent since I would get improved unarmed attack and strangler. However, I hadn't considered the increased AC a monk dip will give you. Either way you effectively save 1 feat, but the monk path may be a better option.

I dont mind at all. Fyi so far as i can tell the stench ability granted by corrupt ed Flesh is stench (30ft,fort 10+hd/2+con mod, 10 rounds).
Improved stench makes it stench (60ft,fort 12+hd/2+con mod, 15 rounds).
This based on the fact that similar living creatures with stench last for 10 rds. If you can convince the dm it should be more like ghoul stench then you're looking at a considerably longer time.

Hahaha,
so glad to see your making that build!
i'm wondering, is this going to be effective at later levels? Or is it just going to be fun at early levels?
I didn't know about the racial heritage feat. There's a lot of very interesting feats with unusual racial prerequisite. I will probably use it in a futur game.

If he can get his Constitution up high enough to raise the DC of the Stench, then only actual immunities or things without the ability to smell will be safe.
Grappling has advantages and disadvantages, but for the most part remains as useful as a lot of melee characters.
Maybe jump into Barbarian after you get everything online, for the rage bonuses to strength and constitution.

Order of the Penitent Cavaliers are sworn to an oath of non-lethal tactics. As in if you kill someone, you lose all the powers granted by the order.
I think the Snakebite Brawler is a good multiclass for this abomination.
In refining the build I've found brawler to be very accommodating. The following archetypes all seem to stack
Snakebite Striker
Verdant Grappler
Strangler
Snakebite Striker gives you sneak attack as per what a rogue gets and if you take accomplished sneak attacker your progression will basically match the rogue's progression up to about 6th level at which point it will lag.
Verdant Grappler gives you a free "rope" you can use to tie someone up which pairs nicely with the kidnapper tie up ability. It also gives you improved grapple for free at 2nd level which frees up a rogue talent.
Strangler - even with only 2 levels in it, you'll pick up an extra 2d6 sneak attack damage whenever you are grappling someone.
The only downside is that strangler causes you to lose improved unarmed strike and so you'll have to pick it up later on if you want most of the grappling feats beyond Greater Grapple.

There's a Rage Power that gives you Improved Unarmed Strike, called Brawler if you want to try the Barbarian after you get everything else in order. The strength bonus from rage would help with grappling, and the constitution bonus would help with the DC of your Stench ability. You lose out on any further Sneak Attack progression, but being an invulnerable superstitious smelly kidnapper might keep the character relevant for longer.
Something like:
1.-2. Rogue
3.-4. Brawler
5.-12. Rogue
13.-X Barbarian
