Okay. I know that for Gary, Fromper and myself none of our missing tables are the PFS Special or ACG. Jack did GM the PFS Special, but otherwise he did SFS, and half of his tables are missing too.

I will send my email to GenConLeads with my missing tables and encourage other GMs to do the same.

Thank you for the report. Do you need any help reporting tables?

Hmm

Yes, I appreciate the update! I was missing one Quest session, and I just sent in an email.

Actually, two of my missing tables are from playing the specials, but I didn't GM them. I'm also missing play and GM credit from regular PFS scenarios.

And I know someone who was missing GM credit from several regular SFS scenarios as recently as maybe a month ago, but I don't know if she still is. Maybe those were reported since the last time I talked to her about this.

Fromper, thanks for the correction!

Kate, can you get the me the character number of the character that you played at my Claim to Salvation table? Mike, can you get me the player numbers for the rest of your party? I believe that they were all 701s because I filled out “Welcome to Starfinder” sheets.

That table at least I want to get back. We have almost all the information for it.

Hmm
PS Wasabi Soap!

I resent my missing table email to the Leads last night. I am missing 3 SFS tables: 2 quests and 1 SFS special.

As a player I am also missing the 9-00 special. I have reached out to the others at the table as we setup our table prior to the con and so far one person confirmed they are missing that table.

Thank you Todd for the update.

As a player, my wife, both kids, and I are missing our 9-00 special as well (all at the same 3-4 table). I’ll hold off on emailing the leads based on Todd's statement that he is still getting those tables entered. Thank you, Todd, for the update, and thanks to all of you who volunteer so much time to make GenCon a great experience!

And a side note to Fromper, please don't fade away from the boards entirely - I have been following 2 books behind you in the Rise of the Runelords GM threads for the last 3 years as I GM our home campaign. With Latrecis having finished book 6 last month, your group finishing soon, and a few other frequent and helpful ROTRL posters coming to the end of their campaigns, I feel like a high school junior watching all the seniors who showed him the ropes graduate.

I agree that I'd love Fromper to hang around. Fromper, you're an excellent GM and an insightful poster. I'd hate to lose you as part of our community. I loved having your half-orc pirate at my Ironbound Schism table after GenCon closed.

Hmm

I would also be sad to see less of Fromper. Your four-question technique for making PFS characters was invaluable to me.

Thanks for all the love, everyone. Actually, my Rise of the Runelords campaign ended a couple of months ago. The heroes won, but the final battle was long and bloody, with multiple PC deaths. Truly an epic fight.

That's part of the reason I'm GMing less. You'd think I'd take the time that I used to spend on Runelords prep and convert it to more PFS GMing, but I'm burned out enough that I'm rarely GMing anything any more. I could go on about the reasons I'm not playing as much, either, but I don't want to derail this thread.

At this point I don't even care about the PLAYER tables I'm missing. I ran SFS 1-00 on Thursday night for a full table of French Canadians, it was my first Starfinder table and I was nervous as heck! I ran 9-00 Assault on Absalom with a full table including some of my children who were playing and killed my second player character ever so I remember it well! I have my original GM schedule sheet that I was given in my packet. Do I need to scan and email that as well?

It's already been taken care of ;)

Ah yes, I remember that wasabi soap...a rather brilliant idea on your side of the table!

I am still missing several of my tables and while I had always planned on going to Origins instead this year for a number of reasons. The playtest tempted me a bit but this situation has encouraged me to stay at home and save the money. I know its not your fault that things went crooked, but it is what it is.

I know my table of the PFS special wasn't reported and that it was run by a GM in pursuit of his 5th star.

Good News! Just saw that my 9-00 Special just showed up in my GM record! Now just waiting for Thursdays 1-00 Special to show up and GENCON 50 will be put to bed, at least for me!

I can also report that I see my 9-00 record now in my player record, good to see progress being made!

But...(sorry, there's a but)...I noticed that the table was reported on the GenCon 2016 event (#82290) instead of the GenCon 2017 event (#153572).

For me, I'm not sure it makes that much difference, but wanted to mention it. If it's useful for tracking purposes I can also email genconleads and/or pfsreportingerrors (the 'Report a problem' link).

Interesting. We were at the same table and I am not seeing it reported on my character.

That *is* interesting...I checked with my daughter and she sees 9-00 in the same event as I do, along with the Starfinder table she had.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Well, that's interesting. I'm finally seeing one of the sessions I played at Gen Con last year (of 4 total played and GMed) showing up on my list. Like Wallbanger, it's a session I played of 9-00, and the event says "Pathfinder Society at Gen Con 2016". My other 3 sessions are still missing.

I'm asking tech to look at the issue again, since Todd updated the group as to what was still outstanding and there are far more issues than allocated for.

While I wish I could resolve the database issues, it is beyond my skill set. I can just collate data and submit with requests. As such, I will do so.

What I can do is apologize for the delay. Through a confluence of issues, reporting has drawn out excessively long. For 2018, I'm asking the leads to review data entry processes to see where we can reduce the issues.

Thank you all for your patience.

It is entirely possible that my poor penmanship is the cause of my problem.

I was going to ask for your PFS number but I realize I have it already!

I am still missing 6 of 8 sessions.

Are you missing GM sessions or player sessions? I’m down to 1 missing GM session and I don’t even care about the missing play sessions because I have my chronicals.

This table's also showing up for me now. As the GM, I can see the reported numbers of the players, so if you'd like, feel free to PM me your PFS number and character, and I'll see if I can help figure out what specifics you'd need to send to Todd once completion is confirmed.

Unless you ran at a ticketed table of the SFS quest, you will not see it appear.

I'm not seeing any sessions I played at GenCon -or- any other sessions I've played online since August.

Credits for games played will appear with the characters they were reported with. I took a quick look at your record and found several Gen Con 2017 play-credits on at least one of yours, so perhaps check there and then see if any are missing? Hope that helps!

I think we can all agree that this is kinda what we where looking for in the first place.

No offense meant to Todd or others, but not knowing all of you or the trouble your dealing with like some others meant that this thread was a kinda rude "Shut up and don't talk about it". Heck, I flat out gave up on it 6 months ago of anything ever coming of it and wrote it off as a lost, and I'm generally considered the optimistic bunch of my crew.

I love PFS enough not to let it effect me from continuing to GM, but like HMM I'll be taking pictures of all my reporting sheets this year. I still don't have my 9-00 special recorded, and I'm not nearly as memorable as Hmm! (I'm so stereotypical I disappear at conventions!) It kinda sucks cause that's a special that I've missed out on, and I do hope to hit 5 stars some day sooner over rather than later, especially with support ending with PFS2 coming out soon and I have to shift focus on to whatever the new "Stars" are. Just a goal that became that little bit harder to meet. :(

Either way, just if something happens like this again, try to keep us updated? Like Hmm says, we're not asking for the moon and stars, just to be treated like we matter and not like grunts who ask how high when we're told to jump.
