I'm also failing to see the reference to 724. The nearest thing I can find is that it's a Pennsylvania telephone area code.
Must be some inside joke.
I for one would've liked to have -602 open for a Starfinder character because that's the name of a protagonist of a hfy story I really like, but alas, we started at 701 instead of 601 :).

Well, hopefully they get some ah, more ah, icons on uh, soon, because this really isn't ah, me, it's far too, ah, plain.
Good job on getting things going, though. Things must be a madhouse right now.
It is indeed a madhouse! The icons will be sorted out on Monday—excuse our spacedust :)

"I COULD set it so that it flickers on and off so fast that it induces a state of quantum on or off thats always just restarted and since that solves 90% of all problems make the equipment 90% more reliable..."
Theres the sound of grinding, soldering, ratcheting, followed by an ominous WHOMP and a flash of blue light.

Yeah, what kind of crazy would make seventy- checks PFS character list
Um, never mind. Carry-on.

The gap only removes known history for 300 years or so. I don't think it means history from before that time is also forgotten.

I think you may have it slightly wrong. Historical records go back a few centuries... then nothing. A blank. In most cases, accurate records stretch back about 300 years from the present. Beyond that? Perhaps small caches of information... or contradictory recollections. One must go back to the "dim and misty ages of the ancient past" before history becomes "reliable" again.

Obviously it didn't completely destroy all history or people wouldn't have a clue who the Azlanti are or who the Aspis are ect.
You wake up in the master bedroom of a manor with pictures of people form the past in places of respect where family members would normally go and your the only one in the house and there is a book listing a family tree and nothing else is an example of such a cache that might be around as it contains finite data that has no affect on the timeline in any real regard.
However him knowing isnt even remotely required of the idea just a fun little thing in the back of my mind.
