OK, I've been looking over the Alchemical weapons section when it hit me...is there any reason an alchemist couldn't combine a Thunderstone with a Pellet Grenade and Flash powder into a single grenade that explodes when it strikes a hard surface and combines all three effects? It would, of course, cost as much as all 3 items combined, and weigh 2 LBs (the weights of all 3 items combined) but it would be very effective against casters or ranged weapon users (Blinded, Deafened, and taking 3D6 damage)- since the Thunderstone/Flash powder combo is the actual trigger, the slow burning fuse isn't necessary, so there would be no 1-3 round delay or move action required, just throw and forget.

I was looking over the spells section of the rule book and it hit me... why not just combine fireball, lightning bolt and stinking cloud into a single spell! Sure, it would take 3 3rd level spell slots...
Joking aside, action economy is the issue. You are effectively getting multiple 'attacks' in the time to takes to do a single attack normally.
However, there is a couple options that are similar to what you are looking for. Hybridization Funnel, Focusing Flask, and the Grenadier Alchemist's Alchemical Weapon to name a few.

Ah, but we're not talking about alchemy bombs or extracts in this case, but actual equipment. It's still a single attack. The tradeoff is the COST. The combo item is very expensive in comparison to using the three items separately.
And your combo spell would take up a 9th level slot, not 3 third level ones if you want an accurate analogy. The "Combo spell" would still be a single spell, wouldn't it?

What? The combo item is the same price as using the 3 items separately, you just get boosted action economy.
And yeah, the items linked in the 2nd post deal with 'actual equipment', like the hybridization funnel which combines two different alchemical items into 1, with certain limitations. So no, you can't just do it on your own.
A 5th level wizard can cast a 3rd level spell, but it takes a 17th level wizard to get a 9th level slot. Are you saying that only 17th level alchemists can throw a combined item?

Yes... we were talking about normal equipment, not extracts or bombs. The two items and the archetype's ability I mentioned do not affect bombs/extracts at all, only 'normal' alchemics.
In your example, the cost of your 'super bomb' is 130 GP. If you are allowed to craft, 43 gp. Per your description: "It would, of course, cost as much as all 3 items combined". So it is exactly the same as all 3 individually, ie there is no additional cost at all to balance out the benefit of throwing all three at once. So, my spell example, its the same cost as all three individually, ie 3 3rd level spell slots not a 9th level slot, just cast all at once as a super quicken spell. At no additional cost.
Hybridization Funnel is close to what you are trying to do, because it allows you to combine 2 alchemics (with restrictions) at no additional cost (because the funnel is not used up), but requiring a craft check and 10 minutes of work to create. And the items will expire (are worthless) after 24 hours if you don't use them. Cost: Restricted Ingredient List, Time, Skill Check, Wasted Materials.
Focusing flask is also kinda close to what you are trying to do, but it is specifically for only combining 2-3 of the same item... and it costs you 700 GP to do so. And the Focusing Flask is used up, so you need a new one each time. Cost: 700gp every time.
The Grenadier Alchemist is also, also, kinda close to what you are trying to do, but it takes actions to prepare and expires after 1 minute if you don't use it, you don't get splash from the items even if they normally do so, and limited list of ingredients. Cost: Restricted Ingredient List, Actions, Time, Splash, Wasted Materials.
Your Method? No additional cost. 3 for 1.
