Next Season

Can next season be focused on the Great Old Ones and have a very lovecraftian lore behind it? That would be pretty awesome!

Possibly make Yaddithian as a legal character option during this time?

I love Elder Mythos lore and I'd love to expand on it by fighting cults, deranged mad scientists who follow the elder gods and the like.

Paizo only recently finished the excellent Strange Aeons Adventure Path under Adam Daigle's direction. While there's certainly more Lovecraftian adventure potential out there, I'm inclined to give Strange Aeons time to shine rather than step on its thematic toes—at least when it comes to establishing a season-long story arc. If you like the elder mythos concepts, there are also several Season 7 adventures that might intrigue you.

Not a stupid question at all. New Seasons for PFS generally kick off at GenCon.

More accurately, "The new season has always begun at Gen Con, at least as far back as I was participating (Season 1) and keeping track of when a new season began (Season 3). It will almost certainly continue to be the case for Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild in the future, but I am cautious about using absolute language when speaking about the distant future."

I enjoy every season for its own reasons, but I've been speculating for a few months that the next season will be more human-/faction- centric. I have a feeling the trepidatious position of several of our inner sea nations is going to escalate. Maybe war. Maybe intrigue. But there are opportunities for every faction, even if some might argue that Sovereign Court will get the bulk of the faction missions.

The elemental lords (evil flavored) mount a mass assault on the material plane and start causing havok to stop anyone who thinks gem breaking is a good idea! Duchess is the big bad and starts by opening a hole to the plane of air over The grand lodge and chaos begins...

Given that the next season starts in a few short months I rather expect the outline has already been around for quite some time. You might have better luck asking for it to br brought into season 10 or possibly 11.
