Who is the ultimate Wand slinger?

So like the title said I am imagining a wild west style "Wand Slinger" what would be the best way to accomplish this? Counterfeit mage? Any ideas?

Magus with wand wielder and wand mastery. Either a tiefling with a prehensile tail or a two level dip into alchemist for a vestigial arm to draw/put away extra wands.

Between the ability to poach spells from other lists, the boost to UMD, and Wand Mastery letting them use their Cha bonus and then Caster Level, the Magician Bard can do pretty well with Wands.

If you're firing scorching rays or something the save DCs aren't so relevant. A destined urban bloodrager might be the best in that case.

If you do actually want a pure wand-user who doesn't cast any spells on his own, then the Counterfeit Mage is definitely your best bet. If you're playing at high levels, you should ask the GM to let you take Staff-Like Wand as a feat so you can remain decent.

Wizards with the Staff-like Wand feat and Magus with the Wand Mastery arcana are pretty awesome, getting to use their own caster level and DC's in place of the low ones wands usually have.

Now, if you want to get really wild west you could always try the Spellslinger Wizard and fire your wand spells through a gun. The Spellslinger is really unique, but completely unforgiving due to its multitude of downsides.

Yeah, I think I was mostly thinking being a non magic user or at least not a full caster(because what is the point of using a wand then).
And the counterfeit mage sounds pretty cool. Maybe I can get some caster to get craft wand or something. Not sure if I'll be able to convince my GM to let me take Staff like wand haha.

If I do go counterfeit mage wouldn't it be a good idea to just take some other class after either lvl 4 or 6?
