The Plagues is good for many spells.

That's just the kind of all-consuming horror that suits Plague Storm. Keep going through the verse (streams, streets, drink, bread, cattle, fields, until you break etc) as you cast it multiple times for different diseases.

That could be a Divine caster using Summon Swarm or similar.
