Ways to heal when dropped below 0 HP, other than Aegis and Shawl.

Advice

Silver Crusade

Hello brains trust. I have a Paladin (Sacred Servant) that likes to use the Paladin's Sacrifice spell to save his allies if necessary.

Are there any ways to help heal me if I drop below 0HP?

The Aegis is out as I have a different neck item. The Shawl is out as I have a cloak of resistance.

Heroes Defiance and the Reactive healing feat will not work as I just used my immediate action to cast Paladin's Sacrifice.

Are there any other items (hopefully slotless) or dips into other classes that give some ability to heal when dropping below 0? They would most likely need to be something based off of character level as a very small amount of healing is probably not worth the investment.

I know abilities like Diehard are a thing but that is very perilous, being so close to death but still a target.

I do play PFS so a wayfinder upgrade maybe?

A tourmaline sphere ioun stone gives you 2 more HP before dying (1000 gp), and troll oil makes you auto-stabilize for the next hour after consuming it (50 gp).

Sovereign Court

Maybe one dip into alchemist? Get a tumor gamiliar with protector archetype and have it inside you he has fast healing 5 and split the damage in two, while he heals inside.
A wand of celestial healing grants fast healing 1 so you stabilice.
Another option is the oradin rute, check tge life oracle dip.

The Familiar requires Level 5 for the Shield Other ability.

One of the Best Skills on a paladin is UMD. Why? SCROLLS!!!!!
Sadly this is for PFS so a Scroll of Contingency might be out the window but for a Home Game, Scrolls can be king.

Silver Crusade

Wow. I am pretty sure scrolls are fine in PFS although the legality of the effect persisting beyond 1 scenario I am not sure about.

How does a scroll for a spell that requires a focus work? Do you need the focus to read the scroll?

Scarab Sages

You would have to use a new Contingency every session. I don't think that's practical. There is the Contingent Scroll spell from the ACG, which is 4th level instead of 6th, but only has a 10 min/level duration (so 70 minutes). And you'd be paying the cost of that scroll and whatever healing scroll.

There's the Contingent Action spell, but unfortunately that can't be used for an Su action like Lay on Hands. It's also only minutes a level and a 3rd level scroll.

The talismans are out for the same reason as the aegis.

Diehard feat? EDIT: Sorry. Just noticed you mentioned this.

Fighter (Unbreakable) dips make it a little less painful.

Can't think of a single wayfinder that addresses your issue.

Silver Crusade

Thanks for the help everyone. Did not think there was much out there but thanks anyway.

Im thinking just buy gloves of first aid and give them to someone else.

Determination Armor enhancement

Ring of Regeneration

Grand Lodge

Alchemist Discovery, Spontaneous Healing gives you the ability to free-action fast heal 5 (per lvl) even while unconscious.

Silver Crusade

Thanks heaps guys, determination armor is exactly what i was after.

Are you half orc? Keep Orc Ferocity and you can heal yourself while in the negatives with a spell or lay on hands.

The Tortured Crusader Paladin archetype can do this with their contingency lay on hands.

Milanite Armor and Enduring Bloom both give you a 1/day CLW and one of them casts it on you if you have not used its charge and you drop past 0. Not positive if you need to worship Milani though. And since she is CG a paladin can not be a worshipper.

Shadow Lodge

Sarenrea has a cheap item in ISG that autoheals you 1/day. No access to book at the moment, but I believe it was a Wondrous Item that could occupy either the belt or headband slot.
