Psionics, Initiating, and Akashic

Advice and Rules Questions

Anyone have experience in how all three of these DSP systems interact with each other? I'm considering a game wherein the players are restricted to Paizo's 6/9 casters and below, alongside the various classes offered by DSP

I can offer that my groups use the material interchangably. Haven't used Akasha yet, but the others very much so. There's decent cross-support in the form of archetypes and feats and the like. There's zero conflict.

Having read and used all three, I love them. Though complex in some cases, they feel very intuitive and help to shrink the gap between martials and everyone else.

How easy is Akashic to use, in your experience? Does it mesh well with the other two and Vancian spellcasting as a whole?

It is very easy to use. Pick you effect, turn it on, leave it on (if it is like that), and maybe invest some essence (low levels you can only invest 1 essence per veil, though as you level you can eventually invest up to 4 at high levels, maybe more if you have class features or a feat that allows it).

That is my experience anyway.

As for the other two, they all work quite well. I have almost considering knocking the core book's classes out of the game in favor of DSPs classes

Since path of War books have archetypes for manifesting classes (and have a psionic 9th level initiator class), initiators have been designed to work smoothly with psionics. Haven't done anything with Akashic, though.
