As I understand it this adventure is supposed to be an evergreen. Most of the evergreens are infinitely replayable at level 1 and only once at higher level(s).
Is this adventure replayable at all levels, or only at level 3?
I have played 8-7 twice, once at low tier and once at high tier. There is a note on the sessions page that I have already played this adventure. While this is true, I get no such messages for any of the other evergreen adventures that I have replayed. Did I play an adventure I was not supposed to, or is the tracking system not set to ignore replays for 8-7?
Did you play it twice with the same character? The evergreen rules don't override the a-character-can-have-only-one-copy-of-a-chronicle rule.
It is evergreen. As long as it isn't the same character playing that scenario more than once, it should be fine regardless of what the system says.
I don't think the new season has been updated as to what scenarios are evergreen and not.
I still have "already gm'd" notice on three of my four credits of Honor's Echo that i acquired at Pax West [volunteer GM].
That said, the standard practice of "once per character" appliance still applies.

i don't think the system recognizes evergreens. it always pops up errors whenever you've replayed, legal or not.

I am wondering, is there still a restriction on the 1-2 replayable evergreens? As in, you can play at level 1 as many times as you like each time with a different character, but a level 2 only once?
If so, perhaps it'd be okay to lift that restriction, let them allow evergreen replay for level 2s as well? I can only imagine it would help convention mustering.

That restriction hasn't changed (yet).
Ooo! There's an idea.
If level 2s can replay Tier 1-2 games, that gives them the oomph they need to reach the lower Tier of this scenario ^^.
I approve. FWIW.
It would remove a rule that can be tricky to explain to newbies, and if we're fine with being able to replay a specific scenario through the entire 3-7 range, surely level 2 in a handful of specific scenarios isn't harmful...
Especially since those scenarios include a Tier 2 adjustment.
The Tier 1-2 Modules don't, though. So maybe just make the scenarios replayable with Level 2s.

Or just make em all replayable with level 2s since modules tend to be inherently more taxing and dangerous than scenarios in my experience.
I'd be fine with that. Aroden knows I have a backlog of Level 2 characters.
But if that was one reason why Campaign Leadership was hesitant about replayability for Level 2s, I'd rather have replayable scenarios over replayable nothing.
Even if level 2 replay were opened up for Confirmation e.a., I still wouldn't do it much, because they do grow tiresome if you overplay them.
But it would make some things easier..

It would make it easier to get some newbie tables together.
