I found a fun new project funding on KickStarter that is using Paizo copyrighted logos without permission. I did ask the creator if he knew of your third party logo license application and he didn't. I pointed him in the right direction but I'm not sure he realizes that copyright law exists.

Maybe you could help nudge the creator in the right direction?

This project is very likely in violation of the Community Use Policy in addition to the Pathfinder Compatibility License.
The campaign video includes:
- Paizo-owned art (which may or may not be available for non-commercial use under the Community Use Policy; I didn't check each image)
- Paizo-owned proper nouns such as Golarion, Cheliax, Aroden, and Kintargo which the project cannot legally use in any money-making endeavor without express permission of Paizo.
- Accounts of events and narrative elements of one of Paizo's adventure paths which will be disseminated on a for-profit model without permission from Paizo.
- Claims of compatibility with the Pathfinder RPG rules set, including calling out specific products by name, without adherence to the Pathfinder Compatibility License.
And likely many other infractions. Basically, this Kickstarter campaign stands to make a profit from IP that it has no right to. Making free gameplay videos is one thing, as are free references to the world and events, like a wiki or campaign journals, but charging people for it is in direct violation of the CUP, and use of any product identity violates the PCL, even if the campaign's creator were using it (which he isn't).
I have passed this thread on to others at Paizo who are better equipped to handle the situation. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
