Since the reintroduction of the Off-Schedule Subscription Shipping Options feature, I am trying to determine the best way to keep the monthly shipping thread from getting out of hand. I'm going to try splitting up stickied release threads based on release dates. If you have any comments or questions or suggestions, please let us know!
If you have chosen for your Battles Subscription to "Ship items from this subscription as they arrive in our warehouse." :
Battles Subscription Release in November
Pathfinder Battles: Deadly Foes
- Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: (Monday) November 14th
- Begin Shipping Estimate: (Thursday) November 17th
- End Shipping Estimate: November 23rd
- Street Date for Battles: November 23rd
- Battles Singles Sale Dates: November 23rd - December 31st
If you have both monthly and off-schedule subscriptions, you can select what to do with any non-subscription items you put into your sidecart.
You can ship any non-subscription items with the earliest possible subscription shipment or with your subscriptions that have products releasing with the the monthly Paizo published new releases.
You can make this choice from your My Subscription page.
Remember, once we create a subscription order, if you still want to add items, make sure you choose to add items to the specific order that has been created.
Adding them to the sidecart after we have run our order creation process means they will wait until the next shipment based on your subscription settings.
As we experienced in January, singles will be on sale starting November 23rd and will be available for a limited time. I know how important it is to many of you to get your Battles case as soon as possible so that you can figure out which singles you may want to order more of. To help facilitate getting your order to you as quickly as possible, check over your My Subscriptions page your payment method, shipping options and address to ensure everything is set how you want it. Once we generate orders, check over your confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue.

The inn has been unavailable for some time but I'm hoping this may well be because the cases of RDI had sold out.
Sadly buying singles will be a bit of a guess again for those like me in Australia. Will they only be available for a month like last time? (I think it was a month). Sadly shipping typically takes about two weeks delivery time and I suspect singles may well be mostly gone by then.

Some of us may choose to have the Battles sub ship with other subs. The last date for that is December 14th. That means the folks to whom you ship "early" will have three weeks to deplete the stock of singles. I strongly recommend that if it's at all possible, you ensure that those who don't get their case until Christmas (more or less) have time, and that you have stock, to get any singles they would like to get.
If you makes singles available on a "first come first served" basis, and tell us there's a limited supply, you're telling us that either we have to give up on getting any singles or we have to get this sub shipped on the early schedule, whether we want to or not.

The bar case incentive from Rusty Dragon shows as unavailable currently - does that mean that it too is sold out, or does that mean that there is remaining quantity that will become available on 11/23?
The RDI Bar is currently only purchasable with a RDI case and we are all out of cases so it is showing as unavailable. Once the next set is released, it will be available for sale without a case. My current understanding is that they are going to be set 1 per customer until it sells out.

Unfortunately how singles sales are handled is not something I am able to change, though I will most certainly pass this feedback along. This new system of singles sales was a very large factor in why we brought back the ability to ship licensed subscriptions outside of the regular Paizo monthly new release shipping, so that folks who would want to choose to ship them earlier can.

I can't tell from this and the other thread if the Pathfinder Battles cases will ship with the November subscription shipment or not.
It matters quite a bit, since I stock up on gift certificates/store credit so I don't get hammered when the cases arrive ... but I don't want to burn my store credit on the November order if it won't have the minis as part of it.
Do we know yet whether Battles will be in the normal November subscription shipment?
thanks!

In my subscription settings, the "ship items from this subscription once a month" option is selected. Both shipping frequency options are disabled since I don't have any monthly subscriptions. Am I going to get my order as soon as they are available regardless of how this setting is set?
Also, is there a good way to determie shipping costs for the different shipping options? I'd like to accelerate the transit time, but only if the increase in cost isn't too great.

Hey Burt,
We're towards the end of shipping out our monthly November orders. If you've got your Battles set to ship as soon as possible, they should be leaving in November. If you have them set to ship once a month, they'll be going with December subscriptions. Sara Marie posted a small blurb about it in the regular November Shipping Thread, sorry for the confusion!

Yes, if you only have the Battles subscription then it should be sent out along with all those marked to send as soon as possible.
The best way to determine shipping costs would be to add the items in question to your shopping cart and enter in your address. You don't have to complete the purchase, you should be able to view the various shipping options and their prices, and then you can just remove the item from your cart when you're done.
I hope this helps! Just let me know if there's anything else we can assist you with. Thanks!

The wording of the options for off-schedule subscriptions are still a little clunky and I'm hoping to clarify the language and UI a bit. I think one of those things is that if the options are disabled because its your only subscription, then we should have ASAP as the option that appears selected or neither option selected.

I wonder if it would be clearer if there was only an option visible to the customer for those subs with a meaningful choice.

I can't figure out how to add the case incentives to my case subscription. I live overseas, so shipping things together is important to reduce overall shipping costs. Help?
BMM
If you are a PF Battles subscriber, you will get both the case and the case incentive as part of the subscription.

How do I see if by Battle Subscription + Sidecard will ship As Soon As Possible?
I received that email, but the buttons on the "My Subscription" page are greyed out. Anyways, please ship mine as soon as possible.
If your only subscription is Battles then we will default to shipping out as soon as possible.

Okay thanks! As feedback to the webpage texts: that's actually very unclear on the Subscription page.
(As at the Combined Shipping Options part, both buttons are greyed out, and at My Subscriptions the bullet is at "Ship items from this subscription once a month. (These options are disabled because you do not have any monthly subscriptions.)".| gbonehead Owner - House of Books and Games LLC |

Well now I'm even more confused - I just got a payment auth email that does include Pathfinder Battles.
(spins in circles and falls over)
| Ed Reppert |
So did I. What I find confusing is that last week I switched the option for my battles sub to "ship ASAP" so that I wouldn't have to wait three weeks while others are buying up all the singles in case I need some of those. And yet the new auth email adds battles to my regular shipment (which is, in theory, coming out earlier than I'd expected) and removed a bunch of other stuff from the regular shipment (I'd already had an auth email for that, and it included stuff which is now in my sidecart).
And yesterday was, in theory, the last day for a shipping notice for the regular subs, and I haven't seen one yet. :-(

53 people were processed while a flag was incorrectly set to "this is the last subscription of the month." We are reviewing those accounts to look for folks that had Hold for Monthly Shipment set, canceling any auths and placing the Battles times in the sidecart. I apologize for the error and we are correcting it.

Have the auths finished yet? I had my order set to ship ASAP but have not gotten my email yet.
Looks like the sidecart was set to ship as soon as possible but the individual subscription was not. I've adjusted the subscription for now and will get your case into its own order to ship ASAP.

Hmmm not sure why this one didn't pull the items out of the sidecart but I've set the order up and sent you a confirmation email. Please let me know if this occurs again (i.e. fails to generate during an order creation).
thanks

Is there a way I can get a UPS estimate for my mini shipment. I wasn't going to stretch the bank but I have some spare cash (Is there such a thing?). I can just recall that it was high, not the actual amount. I realize this is probably a pain so don't go out of your way if its troublesome

Hmm. I just tried using prior sets and received the estimate of $227 via UPS for a case+incentive (I tried Wrath of the Righteous and Skulls and Shackles). However, I'm sure it didn't cost that much in reality (plus I've previously had other books along with the case), so I wouldn't rely on that methodology.
As a potentially useful datapoint, my Current Sub (Case + Incentive + 4 comics) is ($148-$10)=$138 to Adelaide.

That was my impression last set, I can't imagine prices have changed that much since the last set. I may as well just take the plunge.

Thanks Sara.
In the mail. and on my Order History page, it says Status Pending though. Is that correct? When will it ship?
(The mail still said it will ship "Expected to ship late November or early December 2016" instead of as quickly as possible.)

Hey Sarah, should I be concerned if I havnt seen an auth or email yet?
Thanks
Yup, looks like its in your sidecart. Unfortunately the tool I use to check your settings is down at the moment. Can you let me know if you want the rest of the sidecart items in your Battles order? Then I can set it to ship now.

Hello!
Deadly Foes is my first subscription case. I have notification of shipping.
I would like to purchase a Skull & Shackles Case at 30% off, per subscription policy.
When and how will this change be reflected in my shopping cart?
My home group is starting Skull & Shackles on 3 Dec, and I would really like to have the models by then!
Thank you for the help, and Stay Awesome!
