Quick runner's Shirt--500gp. Despite the nerf, this is a fantastic item and will let your players feel cool.
Cyclops Helm--2800gp. Yes, you get to pick 1 die roll/day. Awesome!
Pearl of power I--500gp. Cast more spells!
If you're the summoner, Page of Spell knowledge, 500gp. Improve that spells known list!

I'm the wizard, and pearl of power is definitely on my list.
Quick runner's shirt is definitely a great idea, thanks. That's exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for, inexpensive, re-usable, and gives a neat effect that will engage people.
Any goodies for the druids animal companion would be great as well, he's been the star of the party so far.

Depends a bit on build, but:
Pearls of Power for the druid and wizard, Runestones of Power and Pages of Spell Knowledge for the summoner (all level 1). Note the FAQ that allows reducing the CL for low-level versions of this sort of item - this will make it easier to craft and change its interaction with things like Detect Magic and Dispel Magic.
Armbands of the Brawler if you have a grappler.
Skill-boosting elixirs (eg Elixir of Hiding)
Efficient Quiver if you have an archer, and Handy Haversack for anybody.
Druid's Vestments are super handy at level 4.
Boots of the Cat are here. Wouldn't be my first pick but definitely a good item.

My vote goes to...
.
.
.
- Circlet of Persuasion - for social characters
- Cyclops Helm - For anybody
- Hat of Disguise - For spies
- Robe of Infinite Twine - For anybody
- Sleeves of Many Garments - For spies
- Traveler's Any-Tool - For anybody
...not necessarily in that order.

Boots of the Cat: poor adventurer's Ring of Feather Falling (1,000gp vs 2,200 gp). On most falls, the dmg you suffer with the Boots will be pretty trivial....and at least you get to the bottom faster than the guy with the ring.
Also works wonders for combining with the branch pounce feat.

First step is the Headband/Intellect to get a bonus to further Crafting.
Efficient Quiver is not just for arrows, if you have or are going to get multiple wands and/or staffs, you can use it.
I am a fan of the Wasps Nest of Swarming. Basically a wasp swarm hand-grenade. Great distraction for a getaway. Or toss into (choose establishment you want to disrupt.)
Blood Reservoir of Physical Prowess. Gain back up to 4 drained or lost Stat points quicker then one-a-day resting and WAY before you can access Greater Restoration.
