Have we got any idea when the Beginner boxed sets will come off of backorder? I ordered mine the day it went up on HB and had a target date for shipping...but now it's in a "on backorder, no idea when" sort of answer.
I get the web servers being bled dry, but surely the load on the physical boxed sets were less than that.
Just a ballpark timeframe would be hugely helpful.
Heya! Our Customer Service team (at customer.service@paizo.com) will be able to assist you on this front. Due to overwhelming popularity, the Beginner Boxes did sell out and our current reprint estimate is Late June/Early July.

Hey budejovice, our Tech Team is doing everything that they have currently available that can be done to ease the issue. Right now downloads are personalizing quickly, however, we still have a large number of users hitting our servers, which will affect download times. We recognize that this is frustrating, and should we have any news to provide, we'll post it
Thank you for taking the time to respond, gracefully to boot. I shouldn't have posted at all, much less after spending a few frustrating hours trying to redeem my purchase. I have downloaded the .pdfs from one of the codes and the product looks great. Congratulations on the success of your bundle and I hope your infrastructure problems are resolved to the satisfaction of your customers.
To the rest of the commenters, I apologize for taking up your time and energy. I have apparently been spoiled by modern digital distribution and clearly I should have been more careful about buying a bundle redeemable through a third-party unknown to me. Unfortunately and at no fault of yours I am spread incredibly thin this time of year and I can't spend the equivalent of a work day attempting to download some .pdfs. I knew it coming in and I failed to adjust; I should have come back some months down the line or chalked it up as a loss and moved on instead of burdening your community. I'll likely be back at some point to see if the rest of my codes are still valid, but I will refrain from commenting past this. My sincere apologies. Happy gaming.

Just to cover your last point: redeem your humble bundle codes whenever (I'd recommend sooner rather than later, but I don't think it matters), once you've done so, the products will be here in My Downloads waiting for you. There's no time limit on downloads from Paizo.com, nor any limit on number of downloads. Your books will be here, waiting, whenever you get the chance to snag them. I've got files from years ago that I've never downloaded (mostly the 1-file-per-chapter versions of the rulebook line), but I can get them if I want them.

I got onto Humble Bundle tonight to get the latest one and noticed I hadn't yet claimed the codes for this bundle. I tried 5 different products from the Humble RPG Book Bundle and got the following error:
"That code is not recognized"
I just hit the "click to redeem" button tonight, was there a time limit to redeem/claim the codes on the Paizo site?

It's after hours in Washington for Paizo, but I'm 90% sure that their response will be to contact customer.service@paizo.com to get sorted. If you send it tonight, it'll be waiting for them in the morning, might be most efficient thing to do.

Right. I'm sure that the codes have not expired, considering that they stated there was no foreseeable time limit for redeeming them. They left open the possibility that they might not work some years down the line, but certainly for now they should still work. If they did expire this quickly, they would have said so clearly somewhere. So just contact customer service and I'm sure they'll sort it out.
