I have recently fallen in love with the Savage Worlds system, and I was wondering if anybody wanted to give GMing it a spin?
I'm pretty much up for whatever.
How do you feel about the really weird? I have been wanting to run Low Life Redruged for some time.
No idea what that is. What is it? (I generally like weird, sooo...)

I have GMed it in the past. It is a fairly generic system so it depends on what kinda game I am trying to do if I use it or not. I picked up the Weird Rome expansion which can be a lot of fun (Cthulu/Steampunk stuff in Roman Empire) I have no plans on GMing it as of yet, but I will keep you in mind if I do.
Low Life looks like wacky fun.
I've been toying with of doing a Glorantha/Savage Worlds mash-up.
I know Savage Worlds well enough that if there is a setting or genre that you have been wanting to try then I can likely oblige. However, I am not experienced with converting pre written scenarios.
I've been wanting to play East Texas University, actually. The PDF is only $10 on PegInc if you want to check it out. Cool stuff.
I was actually a backer of that. The only problem is that I am not sure how well that I can play up the drama.
Well, you can always try! The fun thing about PbP is that the players can't interrupt your dramatic, spooky description of whatever Thing from Beyond with the crunch of whatever they're snacking on. Plus, with the PbP format's emphasis on roleplay, it should be a lot easier to pull of the college drama.
