That could certainly be the case ... I looked in the main rules for an age and didn't see and I saw something sorta official state that someone as young as 9 has made the top 32 ... so I though it was ok. I should check.

THAT would be simply amazing. A bit less snarky judging for them but otherwise I think that there would be some fantastic entries. Do it by age tiers perhaps?

You MIGHT need to be 18 to have an account, and you need an account ...

Edit: I'd have to set up an account to check, there's an age to enter, but I don't want to set up a fake account just to see (I presume I entered their ages ... I needed to for PaizoCon for tickets.)

You could have a tier for contestants 8-12 years of age and a tier for contestants 13-17 years of age. The sixteen highest-voted entrants in each tier could get Top 32 forum tags and compete in Round 2; the four highest-voted Round 2 entrants in each tier could get Top 8 form tags and compete in Round 3; and the highest-voted Round 3 entrant from each tier could get an Apprentice Superstar tag.

Here's a quick 10-days-out reminder that the next round is shorter than you think it is. Make a plan now. If your item makes it though the next cull, reward yourself! By drawing a dang map. Do the same with the next cull... and the next...

my guess is a lot of people don't bother marking if the item has been seen today since the culls will be announced.

I can't check it, but the entry form you have to agree to before reaching the submit page might say you must be 18 or have a parent guardian sign.

Okay, I think someone has misread an entry.

Skinkfinger Gloves. That's "skink," with a "k."

There's also a listing for Stinkfinger Gloves, which I've misread the other item as being, but I'm pretty sure is not an actual entry.

Unless someone can confirm that there are two items with only a one letter difference in name, then the Stinkfinger Gloves should probably be stricken from the list.

Don't think mine made the second cull, but I will see what folks find overnight just in case. For a first year entry, passing the first one wasn't bad. Seeing some of the things that did make it, makes me wonder though.

Much more than in the past. I think that is because the voting public are deciding this time on the final 32 instead of judges. So far it seems like 1/2-3 days.
