Alternatively, maybe your character could focus so obsessively on one aspect of Calistria that it unnerves their coreligionists, or harbours heretical ideas about the implications of the traditions associated with their goddess? I'm wondering if you could play off the themes of the theologian or separatist cleric archetypes, in other words.
For example, everyone calls Calistria the Unquenchable Fire, but your character really believes it, and takes it to a whole new level. Maybe they're a pyromaniac; how many spells with the fire descriptor are there on the inquisitor's spell list, and how might you be able to reimagine others?
Or maybe, and this is something I've been toying with for my heretics, for people as focused on magic as elves, it's strange that magic isn't a larger part of Calistria's portfolio, though Knowledge is one of her domains. Adding Chaos and Trickery into the mix, perhaps Calistria does know a great magical secret, but she seduced Nethys to get it, and the god of magic hasn't noticed yet, which is just how Calistria wants it, so she's keeping it very secret indeed. Or so your character believes.

Promotes consensual sex in the missionary position for the purpose of procreation.
How lewd. Are you trying to be flagged for NSFW content?
Technically, suicide bombers might be considered heretical (calistria's animal is the wasp, not the bee- you should live after getting revenge, just so you can happily dance on their graves)
I suppose that non-trickery based "just jump the bastard" revenge might be bad too. Calistria is more about subterfuge and back alley vengeance. So how about the leader of a gang that makes everyone too scared to mess with them? And such a person could be into calistrian temples for...other reasons, obviously.

Now THIS is something I (and my DM) could really work with.

Change your focus.
Just choose a particular part of her worship, and simply put forth that it's the only part that matters.
Her portfolio covers Trickery, Lust, and Revenge.
Just choose one, and say the others are unimportant.
For Lamashtu, I chose her motherly approach to the monstrous, and deformed.
