Gnome Switchscythe?

So, color me confused.

Gnomes of Golarion clearly lists a Switchscythe, and that reference seems fully legal for PFS, but the silly book also gives no stats for it.

So what's the deal with this weapon in Society play?

Reading it I'd say it used the same stats as a scythe (just with a standard action to open and a bluff DC affiliated to conceal it), but I'd probably advise against it's use as their aren't clearly outlined stats (for the sake of variation), according to Additional Resources though it is technically legal as equipment listed on page 23.

Makes one wonder about the Flickmace, too.

A swift action to open it. It's a standard action to stow it.

Yes, that. (oops)

Scarab Sages

The first line of the weapon states:

This scythe has a spring-loaded blade that folds down into the weapon’s handle.

It is just a variant Scythe, but you are right about it being the only weapon from that book not stated out...

The flickmace has all its stats, it just doesn't have an appearance listed.

My ifrit inquisitor uses one, and I usually describe it as "a weapon of undescribable appearance". It's a common conception around here that a flickmace is probably a mace with a long haft that has a joint in the middle, but some have taken liking to the mental image that it's a yo-yo.

I suppose then that I shall simply create a character using said switchscythe, and should I run into table variation, just play it as a standard scythe.
