going to guess, you mean Kenichi strongest disciple?
Master of many Styles or Brawler are basically your two possibilities. You could potentially just do the typical brawler combo: 2 levels of Monk of Many styles / Brawler.
I kinda know that later on during the series, there is a strong involvement of Ki and the likes, it might be appropriate to stick to Monk.
It should be noted that Monk is getting an upgrade relatively soon with Pathfinder Unchained, you might also want to wait and consider the new version before making the typical 2 levels of monk of many styles/brawler build.

I guess it would depend on how close you are trying to stay to the character. And at what point in his story you are drawing from. Starting Kenichi had terrible strength and dexterity. His constitution was always fairly high though. I'd say his charisma was also fairly high. He won a lot through power of friendship.

I see alot of ideas are involving Master of many styles, but what about martial artist?
Reasons-
He is rarely shown harnessing "ki" he is a master of form due to endless practice/repetition, but Its a big turning point in the story the first time he ever truly uses "ki"
He seems to be very resistant to exhaustion and fatigue, as well as pain lol.
He also shows a keen sense of picking up other fighting styles and finding a "weak spot" or opening in them.
you could very well take style feats as normal feats as a martial artist and use the style master to swap as a swift. But... I wanna keep the character fairly effective.
I wouldn't say that, He is friendly, but even socially awkward people can be genuinely friendly.

Kenichi has a number of attributes that make him who he is:
Hard work
Standing up for others
Horrible potential, ie stats
Can take a beating like no one else
Can merge multiple fighting styles into one fighting style
Accidental harem
Turn enemies into friends, ie diplomacy
Really likes reading; that one gets forgotten a lot

I never understood that 3rd one. either way, the hard work/training can cover the "stats"

Basically Kenichi had horrible strength and dexterity. He probably started with 6 in each. By the end of the series his strength is certainly higher but it's hard to say how much his dexterity was effected. If an average person could have survived his training, they would have become much stronger and faster than Kenichi. In Pathfinder, increases from training are supposed to be reflected in bonuses from leveling. But that doesn't work for a lot of character concepts.

MoMS 2/Brawler X is definitely your best bet.
Pummeling and Snake Styles as our main focus.
Pummeling: Mubyoshi.
Snake: Seikuken/Ryusui Seikuken.
Roll with Dragon as well. You can charge Pummel with Dragon, and then swap to Snake after you attack.
Then use Martial Flexibility to pick up other Styles as needed (Monkey for Kensei, for example).
The Kenichi universe has "Ki" but not really as a "Thing you do things with" but as the explanation for all the wonky s+&$ the masters (and to a lesser extent Kenichi) can do because of their training. There is no Ki power in the game that really mimics what the masters do...except maybe the Elder. But the basic Monk/Brawler Unarmed Strike and attacks per second increases? That's what their Ki is.

definately a Martal Artist, maybe with Racial Heratage; Goblin so he can take Roll With It

I'd probably go brawler (probably breaker or exemplar archetype) with MoMS dip. You can pick up any style with martial versatility, and fuse them with MoMS (also pick up combat style master so you don't eat up all your swift actions).
Also, Roll with it with Pummeling charge is combo of the year, all years.

No, he shouldn't take Roll With It.
Read what that Feat does.
READ IT.
PUMMELING CHARGE + ROLL WITH IT IS HOW YOU BUILD SIEGFRIED - LALAAAAAAAAAA!!!
