Can post-game reports be ammended?

Hello

Apologies if this has been asked before, I searched for this question but could not find an answer.
I have a 'first steps' game that I dm'd way back in September which has still not been reported due to two players still not making characters to assign the game to. I was therefore wondering if it is possible to submit the session only for the players that do have players (so they can gain the rewards) and than hopefully sometime in the future ammend the report to add the two other players when they bother to make a character.

Is this something that session reporting allows? I am reluctant to test it incase I end up denying those two people their justly earned rewards.

As long as you do not mark the game as "complete" or "closed" or something along those lines, you are able to go back and edit information that was submitted. So, feel free to go ahead and report the table with as much information as you have at this time, and you can add the other attendees later if they ever get back to you.

Ideally, you can pre-print a set of new PFS numbers on the same page you have the games to report, and you can carry a sheet of 10 new numbers to provide players to your games. This would alleviate the problem of the players needing to get back to you, as you would give them a number right then and there.

Very good advice thank you.

Reporting games doesn't have anything to do about rewards they received. The chronicle sheet you gave them is the only important thing when it comes to rewards. Even if the players haven't made characters yet, they should still have PFS numbers and you'd just report their number and character 1. Not reporting doesn't deny the players anything.
