↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Was Inner Sea Pawns delayed again? Or will it be part of our December subscriptions?
The second delay on the pawns.
Delays have happened on three of the last four pawn releases for some reason.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the product; I was just looking for to getting 3 or 4 boxes for Christmas gifts.

If my November subscription package hasn't shipped by the authorization date (Dec. 1st at the moment), will it be automatically collated with December's?
With Thanksgiving coming on Thursday, there are at most three remaining business days before Dec. 1st, so I'm beginning to wonder… In fact, if I were sure I won't be at the end of the queue again in December, I think I'd ask for November and December to be combined to save on shipping and get advantage of the first $10 shipping discount.

So just out of curiosity if my November subs haven't shipped yet, will you be snowballing them into December's shipment?
I will second this question. Also, if our November and December subscription shipments are combined, is it going to make our order so complicated that our order will be put last in the queue for December too?

Theoretically, if the order is pending and 100% items ready for shipping and the older order is not in the shipping queue, spawning a new month should combine with the older month. This however, is not a guarantee. I know the warehouse was pushing hard yesterday to get out the remaining November shipments that were ready to go. If you have a pending order and want it to combine with December and it does not do so automatically, please let us know email/messageboard/phone as soon as possible so we can combine them for you.

Yeah my stuff literally sent me their shipping notifications 30 minutes or so after I posted. Just hadn't been near a real computer to update.
I just got my November shipment notice too.

I really hope they don't combine at all. This will only delay my November sub by another few weeks, and frankly I'm at the limit of my patience with this one. Waiting until January for my November subs to arrive is just plain ridiculous.

Hi. If it's not too much trouble, could you cancel my subscriptions for the month of December only? Thank you!
Did you want to suspend subscriptions for December and get December items when you restart or to cancel them and skip December items?
Additionally, its generally best if you have a specific account or order request to shoot us and email, start a new thread in the customer service forum or call since individual requests can easily fall through the cracks in longer threads like the Monthly Shipment update threads.

We have some leftover oddities from an earlier bug. A few subscribers may see duplicate subscription items that have been cancelled in the email confirmation. As long as they are cancelled you will be just fine. Now, if for some reason you see extra subscription items you didn't order, well, please let me know ASAP.
Letting it run over night, I will be checking back first thing in the morning to make sure if finished.

Thanks for the heads up. I did see that in my order, and my old sidecart from last month showed up also as cancelled, but everything is copascetic, none of it looks like it was actually billed.
