Happy Friday everyone!!
I wanted to give you all an update on the Customer Service queue. I am currently knee deep in emails regarding the inability to reset your passwords and emails already being in use. We are aware of the issue and I am working to get them resolved by Monday when all enrollment levels get to play. We are working as fast as we can to get everyone taken care of. I look forward to playing with all of you next week!!

I wanted to add a couple of notes here.
We finally have a tool that lets us see what data we have imported into our database from the kickstarters, the Pledge Manager, and the Goblin Squad Store on paizo.com. So now when you ask us questions about that data we can do more than shrug and say "too soon to tell".

Also, we have a tool that lets us re-issue you a link to activate an account if, during the process of setting up your account and importing the data, there was a problem on the import. If you have an account and you try to make an account and are told your email address is already in use, please contact us (customer.support@goblinworks.com) and we can get you access to that account immediately.
