Did Tork say x3 large, x6 medium and x10 small plots of land per settlement?

Does anyone have on hand the reference where Tork describes the 7 proto settlement templates?

Is this correct with regards to plot size: Cathedral (3), Temple (2), Seminar (1)?

Yes.

That design appears to be changing. We think the latest version is that you can choose any two of wizard, rogue, cleric, fighter, and crafting. That yields 10 possible combinations.

Cathedrals are large. Temples and seminaries are both medium.

The addition of subtitles would be a better solution then the part that I mentioned. And I was talking about the intro only.
