Announcing BloomingCon 2014, hosted by the Indiana University Memorial Union Board - a full weekend of movies, anime, and a little bit of gaming too, to which PFS has been invited!
We're going to be in the Indiana Memorial Union's Stateroom East all day on Saturday 9/27 - a room big enough for nearly 150 people. I'd love for us to PACK the place - only leaving room for new PFS recruits and walk-ins for whom we will be ready with The Confirmation, We Be Goblins!, and the new Pathfinder Adventures/Delves that are being debuted at GenCon 2014.
Sunday 9/28 we are taking over the nearby Common Room Games to run the GenCon 2014 Special #6-00 Legacy of the Stonelords.

Watch this space for a Warhorn link with scenarios soon, and if you'd be interested in being a GM, please let me know - thanks!

Please do not sign up to GM without contacting me first - almost all GM spots have already been filled.
Also note that the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild will be taking part in this event alongside us. Details on PFSACG involvement coming soon!

I should have confirmation on this shortly, but... we may be able to get free advertising in *Every* single dorm on the IU campus as part of our partnership with IU for this convention...so we definitely want to have tons of awesome PFS players coming to this event to help recruit students and show them how much fun PFS can be!
More news as I come by it! :)

Their site is www.bloomingcon.com but their web people haven't updated anything in a few weeks. I have an online meeting with our IU Memorial Board liaison tomorrow, so I'll try to get an updated list of what events are going on.
From a gaming standpoint, I know that 9/26 is going to be Magic: the Gathering in the IMU Stateroom East from I think ~noon or 1pm until they shut it down that evening. I also know there's going to be at least one costume/cosplay contest. I'll post more once I have it!

PFS will be at a prime location at tomorrow's Indiana University Student Involvement Fair from 11am - 3pm.
If you know anyone who might even be remotely interested in gaming who is an IU student, send them our way! We've got demos, giveaways, and even some prizes!
(and we are *loving* the timing - only a few weeks before BloomingCon - great for advertising!!!)

According to the IU Union Board, the full schedule for the convention will be released this week, and our "PFS Played Here" posters will be going up around campus as well!
We're less than three weeks away from BloomingCon 2014 and we're already starting to sell out PFS tables! Sign up while you can!
