Pg. 28 - Holvirgang
In the stat block for Holvirgang, it mentions one of the notable NPCs is Captain of the Guard Gagarr, who is a LE male frost giant barbarian 8. His alignment was probably a typo, as I'm sure in a city like that it's important to remain strong to maintain control, so it'd be bad for him to lose his class abilities because of his alignment. It probably meant to say CE, instead.
