I have experienced that problem myself twice - for me and my son - and in addition have played help desk for members who wanted to join my settlement.
Step 1: Ensure you have gone through all steps on the Paizo board in Manage your pledge and hit the save and transfer button
If you get an error message logging in - try to reset the password. All problems I encountered did disappear when I did this. This seemed not just a problem of strange characters in the password. But resetting it is something you can do without getting GW to help you (and they are likely busy)

Same here, I've tested the different options eg login, change pw if possible etc, if that all fails just email the customerservice your issues. G'luck.

This is not the best place to talk about problems with the Pledge Manager. This would be a better place to post those comments.
1. The best way to get your problem addressed is to email customer.service@paizo.com for problems with the Pledge Manager
or,
2. customer.support@goblinworks.com for problems with the transfer process and goblinworks.com accounts.
