I just rewatched that scene. I saw a wall of screens and the area where the yellow suit had been stored, now empty. Wasn't the core hidden in another part of the room?

Te'Shen |

Maybe I'm inferring too much, but before when the group spoke with Gideon and asked where his core is, the wall slid open and there were a few, thin, blue neon lights in the hole, suggesting something there. When Barry returned to the room, that same hole, behind the images still stood open, but dark. The viewer could see it a bit when Barry walked a few steps closer to the images.
Maybe I was over thinking it.

Damon Griffin |

No, I do remember Barry asking about the core, the wall sliding open and Cisco saying something about not going in there. I just didn't notice a dark open space behind the spycam images when Barry went back. I'll look again.
Nope, don't see anything behind the images. It makes sense he'd either take or dismantle Gideon, though. Leaving it behind would give Barry too much information.

Te'Shen |

Hmm... you're right. I just rewatched it to make sure, and I apparently imagined it.
Well... In the words of The Grand Galactic Inquisitor, "Ignore Me!"

To be fair to Lois, glasses work differently in the DC multiverse.

.....also "missing test pilot" from Ferris air?)
Gaah! I missed that! When? Who? I've got it DVR'd so I may just have to re-watch it again tonight.
Otherwise.....
Still not a fan of Peekaboo, never was really. Actress is spot on, though.
Barry - You’re an idiot. And now you’ve got more metahumans running around - again.
I like the chick playing Golden Glider, but I’ve never really been a big fan of that character.
Captain Cold continues to be one of the highlight villains.
Eddie! I think you did the right thing with Iris, even if you had way more chemistry with her than Barry could ever hope to. Just do us all a favor, and don’t go dark. Fight against being just another evil Thawne. That way lies stupidity and cliché. FIGHT IT, EDDIE!!!
Eobard - damn you pull off smug asshat really well. But I was still happy to see you get your ass beat. Of course, I’m pretty certain it’s all part of your master plan. What? Is the accelerator going to active and send you into the timestream? Then Barry has to chase you down using the same speed-battery Cisco found in your chair to reach faster speeds?
At first, I thought the final battle was given too little time. The more I thought about it, however, I realized that was actually kind of appropriate. When your fight involves two dudes who can move at superhuman speeds, the quicker a fight should be over with. And I liked the nanite thing. That was a nice touch. Although it would have been cool if Ray had been there himself to help out.
Can’t wait for next week’s season finale. Should be pretty damned cool.

Who's the "missing test pilot"?
Green lantern?
Seems likely.
BTW, in the 'failed transport' scene
I couldn't tell at first, but that was the only one missing.
EDIT:
BTW, why is everyone buying that by-line? Especially Eddie? I mean, how many times has Wells lied? Does the DCTVerse not have photo-shop?
I mean, we know, from reading the comics, but, seriously...I'd be; yea, right, then I guess I'm going to change YOUR past you (fill in your favorite rude descriptive term).

Well, they have to raise Cold's stature some since he's supposed to be one of the heroes inCrisis on Infinite ShowsLegends of Tomorrow.
He's going to be one of the characters, and even a protagonist, in Legends of Tomorrow, but not necessarily a hero. If I remember the show synopsis that was released, it said something like "Rip Torn must assemble a team of heroes and villains".

So I'm kind of confused on the timeline of the last episode and the Arrow finale. At the beginning of "Rogue Air," Barry didn't know where Oliver was, but by the end, Oliver was apparently finished with his business and came to help out. But in Arrow, Barry saved the day while they were still at the League HQ, before Oliver was done. When exactly did that happen?

"No, Time Master! Why does everyone keep mixing that up?"
Not being a Dr. Who fan, I had to look this dude up. It's nice to see a more international cast.

Flash's finale happens before Arrow's. Ollie was still undercover at Nanda Parbat, he just came to Central City to help Barry out briefly before going back. The "favor" Oliver mentioned right before leaving was Barry's intervention at the start of Arrow.

Got the timing right, but that wasn't the finale of Flash. One more episode, hence Barry's comment about

Hawkgirl has had a number of different origins/backstories in the comics. DC never seemed to be able to decide what they wanted to do with her and Hawkman. I believe one of the two Kendra Saunders versions is the basis for the one in Legends, but I couldn't guess how much of that will change.
Most versions of Hawkman/Hawkgirl have multiple reincarnations as part of their shared history. Since this series will involve time travel, it could be interesting to have Hawkgirl interact with one or more of her past selves.
Most versions of Hawkman/Hawkgirl make use of artificial wings, but I believe the Legends character sprouts her own. The closest thing I know of in the comics is the "New 52" version of Kendra Saunders on Earth-2 (parallel world to the mainstream DC comics universe) where she was a professional treasure hunter, and was hired by the World Army before an unrevealed event occurred in Egypt that resulted in the grafting of wings to her back.

Well, that was......intriguing.
Still, with all that, I was disappointed in the distinct lack of Flashpoint. The scene with his mom was still cool, and his future self telling him not to do it.
And, hey! Some folks called it about Eddie sacrificing himself to defeat Eobard. Although I don't think it's going to stick. My guess is, his body gets sucked into the future and fixed, then he gets imprisoned and forced to procreate. Or, time will somehow correct itself and Eobard ends up descended from someone else.
WRT the speed force visions: nice shot of the Flash Museum. Looked like Caitlin pulling a Killer Frost. Barry in jail? The famous trial of the Flash? I thought I also noticed some scenes from the Legends of Tomorrow trailer. I'll have to go back and watch again to pick up more.
Cisco - meta human! We all knew it was probably coming, but I liked the reveal. Can't wait to see him in action.
Lastly, not sure I liked the cliffhanger ending. I was hoping to see a bit of Rip Hunter.

Almost forgot....
** spoiler omitted **
Yep. That was close to being my favorite part.
Though, in the end, I guess Barry took everyone's advice and listened to
I also enjoyed Thawne's comment about who made
