This is a group whose focus is on the more militant and chaotic aspects of defending freedom and nature. Rangers, druids, and barbarians are all common among its ranks, but all classes are accepted.
Unlike their Aragonian brethren, The UnNamed Company, members of The Vigilant do not seek profit or rob for their own gain. They align themselves with moral causes and fight tirelessly to advance them. Their two primary causes are the liberation of slaves and the destruction of those who abuse nature.
Who Should Join The Vigilant?
The Vigilant is a great group for someone looking to participate in feuds, faction warfare, and willing to travel far and wide throughout the River Kingdoms. Our primary content will be:
• Feuds/small-group PvP
• Anti-slave factional warfare
• Pro-nature factional warfare
• Outpost destruction
There are also many opportunities to engage in many other activities such as exploration, escalation PvE, crafting, smuggling, and roleplay.

What Aragon is meant to be:
This settlement is meant to be a place where you can exercise your freedoms, but not to the point of full blown anarchy. You can practice whatever arts you like, say whatever you like, buy and sell whatever you like (except for Slaves), plus dabble in or go all out in any of the vices you care to indulge yourself in.
The settlement’s governance is based on the River Freedoms. If you can adhere to them, you are welcomed as either a visitor, a citizen or charter company.
Focus of Services:
Aragon will be providing focused training in Chaos and Neutral based skills and feats, with lesser emphasis on skills based on Good, or Evil alignments. (with the exception of an Assassin's Faction Hall which will be a focus)
New Player Training:
Aragon is a center for training in the arts of: Small Gang PVP, Ambush, Outpost and POI Raiding, Defending POIs and Settlements, Caravan Raiding and Escort Duties.
Its settlement structures will be dedicated to training these, as well as Assassination. Religious structures that will be supported are: Besmara, Gorum and Callistria.

Interested individuals or companies wishing to support Aragon or become citizens of Aragon, post in this thread or send PM to The Goodfellow, Xeen, Or Bluddwolf.
Companies that are part of the founding of the settlement, during the Land Rush, will hold a TBD # of seats on the Settlement Council.
Currently, Aragon leads all Chaotic based settlements in the land rush. Any chaotic based individuals, companies or proposed settlements finding themselves out of the top 30, consider voting Aragon!
Our home will be open to you, and your skill training and game play needs will be serviced.

What does Aragon have to offer you that no other settlement does? It is the premier home of the PvP-focused individual and the individual looking to become a PvPer.
Why do I say this?
Aragon has the highest PvPer to PvEer ratio of all the top 10 settlements. Almost every member in Aragon has moderate to extensive experience in other Open World PvP titles. Every member I have spoken to so far intends to make PvP a major part of their gameplay. This is the settlement of PvPers, by PvPers, for PvPers.
Aragon is chaos: banditry, sabotage, smuggling, raiding, feuds etc. It offers a wide array of activities that may be looked down upon (or even altogether disallowed) in other settlements. What does this mean for you as a PvPer? This means more opportunities to fight.
Aragon offers all forms of PvP. Aragon currently has both a chaotic good and chaotic neutral group and is also working on a chaotic evil group. Want to play highwayman or barbarian raider who robs for pleasure and profit? Check out the UnNamed Company. The settlement of Aragon (CN) is actively recruiting for both individuals and companies seeking to be sponsored.
The UnNamed Company is its founding company, but Aragon has goals that will reflect those of its entire community.
The leadership of a chartered company will have a seat at the council table.
Citizens will have the access to the services that they need and in a social environment that is not bogged down with too many rules or obligations.
Visitors in good or neutral standing, are welcomed and will have access to training at no additional cost.

Aragon is looking for refiners and crafters who desire to work with the finest and rarest of materials to be found within the River Kingdoms.
Your skills for refinement, repair and manufacture of martial equipment will be supported at the highest levels. You will be busy, having a steady flow of repair, replacement and new item manufacture orders.
You will have access to the same combat training that our three PvP oriented divisions will have. Because you will also have a certain level of combat readiness, you will never have to feel that you are a second class citizen of Aragon.
