I know when casting from scrolls you don't use any of your feats or stats, that I'm clear on.
What I'm curious about is how this functions when I scribe my own scrolls. If I scribe a scroll, can I add metamagic feats to it, as long as I have slots of a high enough level when crafting it? Do the scrolls I scribe use my caster level (if I don't lower it deliberately)? And do the scrolls use my caster stat to set the DC, if any? Obviously once crafted these stats would be set in stone.
Clarity would be appreciated! Thanks!

So that's how the cost works, good to know, and I'm assuming I cant exceed 9th level?
If I have reducers, such as Magical Lineage, would that still come into effect to determine the slot I consume when creating the scroll?
Can't exceed 9th on a scroll.
You would expend 2nd level slot (with both reducers) and the cost would be of a 4th level spell. The general rule of metamagic and items is what is "worse" for the player. So it counts for the higher level spell (like ring of spell storing) for things that are bad for you and works like lower for things that are good (DC.)

There is no mechanic for adding traits to a spell, so no it doesn't work.
The trait has to do with your personal biology, which you can't write to paper.

scrolls are always a minimum of a standard action. but if the casting time (summon monster as an example) is longer, then it takes the longer casting time. so quickened true strike is a standard action to cast.

Do you even know what is being discussed here Lazar?
Magical Lineage is a trait that specifically alters magic spells. Whenever you apply metamagic to the selected spell, its new level is reduced by 1. (minimum wherever it started)
To make a scroll of Empowered Burning Hands, for example. This scroll costs what a 3rd level scroll costs to make. the DC is set from the spell being a first level spell. etc.
however, you only need to provide an Empowered burning Hands for the scroll creation process... and for you and your nifty magical lineage: burning hands... that only takes a 2nd level slot. So you only need to expend a 2nd level slot on creating this scroll.

scrolls with metamagic feats and give one to your party's spontaneous caster, is it a full round or standard action for them to cast it?
Standard
Can you write a scroll with the Quickened feat? Say a 5th level scroll of Quickened True Strike?
If so, is the scroll activation still a standard action? Or a swift action?
Standard
... so a scroll of Quickened Summon Monster would be a standard action, instead of the 1-round spell Summon Monster usually is...
Yes limited to SM V as a 9th level scroll.
