A while back, one of my online players generously bought me a copy of The Dragon's Demand to run for our online group.
We're playing in Campaign Mode using playtest classes not built exactly using PFS rules. We're about to embark on the second dungeon, which is the first part of the PFS sanctioned content.
So when do I issue chronicles? Do I only issue them all 4 sheets at the very end? Do I issue them and report the games as each segment is finished?
I ask this, because as I looked over the first sheet, it included boons that could only be used later on within the module.
It would seem to unfairly punish campaign mode players if they couldn't access those boons at all. So I just wanted to know what was right.
Thanks!

You give them the chronicles as they finish the sanctioned content. So after the first part hand them the first chronicle, second the second, third the third. Then if all 3 have been applied to the same character give them the fourth at the end (IIRC).

That is incorrect. You only give out the chronicles for Dragon's Demand played in campaign mode at the very end.
Those boons are useful for PFS games, not in the actual module, since they actually should have the real NPC with them during the game, unless they failed on any diplomacy/conversations with the NPC.
If they apply the chronicle to the PC they are playing DD with, then it isn't a campaign mode game, is it?
Also consider the boon on the fourth sheet, which you only get as a bonus, once the campaign is complete.
