what are some feats that are good, but get over looked because were are picking up the basics like point blank, and ,power attack. (step up)
some that are just good but for some reason just get over looked(Nimble Moves)
feat that should help one class but seem to work so much better for some other class (i like die hard for a Clerc)

I'm a fan of Cornugon Smash. It's like that really terrible feat that requires Power Attack, the feat to remove PA penalties for one attack, and 11 BAB, except better in every way.

i like the wing defect arrow for swords
skill focus is a good one

I'll always have fond memories of Master Alchemist.
I remember when my buddy and I were sitting around, shooting the breeze, and he commented on how he was sad that it took so long to craft poisons. I pulled out my copy of Advanced Player's Guide, of which he also had a copy, and pointed the feat out. His response was a half shouted 'How have I never seen this feat before?'

Prone Shooter is pretty sweet.
Master Craftsman is great for any non-caster. Exp. those with bonus feats.
Crafting your own weapons and armour can easily add up to a couple feats like weapon focus/specialization/dodge/imp.nat armour.
Also means you have something to do when casters force you into a half hour work day or want to take time off to do research or craft or sociable people/classes want to 'role play' in the city or gather information.
Same applies for craft arms and armour for any partial caster - ranger/paladin/inquisitor/rogue with minor magic (Make yourself a sunblade and you have a shortsword that does d10)
Really ANY any class with a race that has some kind of sp ability can use this! It keeps giving and lets face it encourages roleplaying, lets you be creative, build something and lets you make (and update) signature items. Killed a dragon? add a sweet dragon bone handle to your signature weapon or some dragon tooth spikes to your armour etc.

Fey Foundling For some reason, every paladin in our online munchkin group started life left on the doorstep by David the Gnome's orphanage.
If you have some source of in combat healing or a healer willing to spam it for you regularly it adds up to more points than toughness.

I wouldn't say Fey Foundling or Toughness are "overlooked" feats. In fact, I'd call them total staples of the PF character build paradigm. Skill Focus, likewise, is a pretty well-known options, being in the CRB and all.
Now, Big Game Hunter is probably overlooked. It's a Paizo feat, from the original RotRL AP, so it was written for 3.5 - but I haven't met a GM yet that had issues with it, once politely asked.

Noble Scion: Scion of War
Tribal Scars
Butterfly's Sting
Narrow Frame (for animal companions/mounts)
Excellent feats, but again all but the Tribal Scars I'd call staples. You see them all the time in guides, character build discussions, etc. Might as well call "gnome" an overlooked race because your local playgroup has none.

I do not remember the name but there is that cleric feat allow the sacrifize of a spell prepared to force the opponent to reroll on an successful attack against the cleric and impose a penalty on the roll.
You're referring to Divine Interference, and it's actually much better than your memory. It allows the Cleric to force a foe to re-roll an attack against any ally in 30'. While the re-roll is at a penalty, that's not the point. The point is forcing the foes to re-roll critical hits.
This is a great feat. It's almost as good as the Dual Cursed Oracle's Misfortune. Every Cleric should take this as their 11th level feat.

Yes. A really impresive feat.

Flagbearer for a Bard. It's like Bless, all the time! And you have the Charisma for it anyway. (For extra oomph, take one level of Freebooter Ranger. Then you can start Inspire Courage as a Standard Action, designate a freebooter bane target as a move action, and watch your flag flutter in the wind.)
On a different note, put your favored class bonus into skill points and use Additional Traits with Trap Finder and Finding Haleen Look! I'm a Rogue with trap disabling and two extra skill points!

As I have a Flagbearer Bard for PFS, I must look into this.

Freebooter is even better for an Evangelist Cleric, since the Ranger dip provides Medium armor and shield proficiency. But not all Clerics would have the Charisma for Flagbearer, and Clerics can always cast Bless instead.

I've found breadth of experience to be an amazing feat. As far as I'm concerned, an elf with any ranks in any knowledge should take it. The bonuses are nice, but being able to roll untrained in ANY knowledge or profession skill is the money. There is alot of information to be gained with DC11+ checks for these skills.
I know where the nearest town is, the basic features of all monster types, how to sail a boat, how to lead an army, and how to brew a good ale. I have studied everything and know how to do every job that has ever existed. I am the most interesting man in the world. I don't always go adventuring, but when I do, I prefer breadth of experience.

Except for the point where Dreadful Carnage allows you to intimidate all opponents while Cornugon Smash only works for the one you're attacking. I agree that Cornugon Smash is better, just not in that way.
I would consider taking it on my intimidate fighter if I can get her to survive the 14 level-ups it takes before I've taken all the much more interesting feats I've got on my radar (including Cornugon Smash). But I'll be picking up Dazzling Display as well (as a requisite for other feats), so the question in my case is whether one feat to get a free intimidate on all enemies when taking down a foe is worth it for freeing up just one standard action.

Better stop listing good feats. Someone in Pathfinder society might get it nerfed and break feat chains. I can see it now:
"Prone shooter is teh brokenz! My poorly made encounters cannot handle it!"
Paizo: *returns prone shooter to the way it was before*
I recon you need to change your shampoo ;)
