I just want to make sure that I've got this thought right that Ustalav would be the Pathfinder analogous to classical Transylvania?

I would assume that's what a capitol would be like but the country side would fit Transylvania right?

Yeah, overall that's accurate. I think there's some Massachusetts around the Lake Encarthian region.

Kinda like classical Transylvania mixed with New England. It's all about Gothic and Cosmic horror.
