Well that's twice in a row I've changed my order after getting the first notification, and twice in a row I've been somewhere towards the back of the queue. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson :-)

Hi, Sara,
my order is still pending. I received my email on October 12th and I know you´ve had a lot of problems. I usually get my pdfs the first day of shipping so, is the delay normal or a is there a problem with it this time?

Nothing is wrong with your order. HT delays we've experienced this time are not the normal set of things that might go wrong with order processing so why these aren't "normal" delays, there is nothing preventing your specific order from shipping at this time, other than us just having to ship a lot of orders out.

Sara Marie asked if any issues still seem to be occurring. I have received everything apparently with uber-quick shipping as I was billed on the 23rd and received on the 24th. My order on Order History still shows about half of the items still pending.
I'm working through downloading the pdfs, if I notice anything missing, I'll let you guys know.
Fixed your order up so it should display correctly.

Okay, now I'm confused. I just double-checked, and it is listed as USPS Standard Postal. However, the tracking is UPS. Aargh, I am just going to quit while I'm behind. I switched to first-class because it was just like 60 cents more.
Our standard shipping which is listed as "Cheapest Possible" is a service called UPS Mail Innovations. If I recall correctly, it is a sister company or sub company of UPS. Mail Innovations picks up packages from us and brings them to a processing facility. They ship them to regional distribution centers and then pass them over to USPS depots where the USPS takes over for further sorting and final delivery. (There can be more or less transit stops within both Mail Innovations and USPS depending on your location).
For your case specifically, the switch to First Class on the subscription happened after we had already generated the order. At that point, you would need to contact customer service to change the shipping method on the specific order.

Yeah, I know the change was after you'd shipped it since that UPS thing came to my attention once you shipped it. Hopefully, it will all arrive in one piece. Enjoy November as there aren't any PACG Adventures Subscriptions needing to be shipped so things should return to close to normal (It is still Nov.). You all have been so good about letting everyone know what's going on. Hope you all get to have a little bit of a weekend.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work you all are doing. My shipment hasn't arrived yet (I got my shipping email last Wednesday), but I don't mind. I know that you are working as fast as you can and I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm patient and while I'm really looking forward to this month's releases, I am perfectly content waiting for things to settle down.

So is it looking good that most (hopefully all) of us will get our orders fulfilled before Halloween?
Maybe if you live west of the Atlantic and east of the Pacific. The rest of us will have to be saddened that Halloween will be long over after our stuff arrives. It's also saddening that stores over here are already announcing the second Adventure Pack to Pathfinder ACG.
Oh well, at least I won't have to hunt down the promo on eBay.

I got a shipping notification on Friday, but clicking the button to track my shipment leads to a UPS notification that they've never heard of my order. I won't stop worrying for another couple of days, though.
I don't know if it's Paizo or UPS, but I find it's fairly common for the tracking info to not be updated for 5 or more business days. I usually do standard shipping, which gets to me in Denver in about 6 to 7 business days, and the tracking info rarely shows up before day 4 (not counting weekends).

Oh I am dying for the PDF access. Is there any chance that in the future subscriptions for things like the adventure path could release the pdfs to all subscribers when the first shipment is made so that everyone has access at the same time?
Heck, I'd at least like it if they gave access to the PDFs to all subscribers on the street date, for those of us who still have orders pending.

Ugh...that would be on UPS's end because once it leaves the warehouse, Paizo would have nothing to do with it. Well that's great to know and confirm what I thought as I still have no tracking info (shipped Friday). And considering I'm in Kentucky with you being much closer to them, I can expect it middle of next week.

I'm a new subscriber and not sure who to ask or where for information. I received my order info over a week ago with no info yet from UPS. My order number is 2844232. Thanks for any help or info.
It looks like your order was processed for shipping on October 23rd and shipped by October 25th. You should have received a confirmation email on the 23rd. You can view this from your Order History page.

once again, my order is at the back of the queue, it does get tiresome.
@ Dark Mistress Get used to seeing pdfs available retail before subscribers have access. This is the 3rd month in a row that my shipment has been on the last day of projected shipping. and with the shipping now taking a 10+ day span to complete product is often in stores before my product ever thinks about going out the door, then it takes 2+ weeks to get to me.

Huh well this is a first I think ever, where the PDF's are out before I got my subscription PDF's.
This will be the second time in a row for me. My August subscription must have been one of the last as well.
A big difference compared to the spring when my order shipped early and I was reading the PDF well over a week before it went on sale.oh well...

Update: October 23: I've updated the shipping by estimates below. I've put in October 31st as the estimated end, though I am hoping it gets wrapped up before then.
I've been patient but it's now the 31st and I've heard nothing about my order 2839498 which has been pending for about two weeks now.

I agree. I can buy the card game that I subscribe to from Miniaturemarket, available today, for 13.99.
Starting to wonder how much the promo cards are worth to me.

So hold on a second. It was my impression that you were sent a message when the package ships and at that time your card is charged. Are we seeing people getting their shipping messages with the package already in the mail?
I could complain. And I probably should. My August shipment came with a damaged copy of Mythic Adventures. After letting Paizo know they sent me a new copy with the next subscription shipment.
But seriously, the books are technically out already for everyone else.
