My current intentions for my primary character is an elf hailing from Kyonin (with Regional trait KS option). I intend to have personal character story surround this background and hope to drive some broader story plots for others through said character.
Any others still hanging around intending to be elves from Kyonin? Interested in seeing if there is anyone with shared background elements, even if that simple. If you are, do you still have attachment to that homeland, or are you actively fleeing it for some reason?

You should subscribe to Pathfinder tales. The most recent one "King of Chaos" features an Elf from the forest of Kyonin.
Catching up on a decade of a story setting and history in the pathfinder universe is challenging. The tales help, and are great reads too.

May have to try to remember this in a few months. Personal events (positive ones) have a strain on my budget at the moment.
Though, I will not feel too left behind if I don't get all of that history. I am building largely from the Inner Sea World Guide and the Elves of Golarion Pathfinder Companion. With supplement from pathfinder wiki. Unless something has drastically changed from their publishing, then I feel on pretty stable ground.
