Gen Con Subscription Pickup Question

It's been a couple of years since I've remembered to set myself up for Gencon pickup, and I can never keep it straight...

I know they can look up your account at the registers, but I can't remember if you grab the stuff that should be in your subscription and indicate it as such or if you just tell them at the counter and they've got someone who takes care of that.

I posted this question in another thread, but this one seems more appropriate.

My friend is going to be at GenCon while I will not. Is there any way I can have her pick up my subscriptions? I have selected the 'pick up at GenCon option for this month.

To claim your subscription at Gen Con you will need to bring a photo ID and know the email address you use to sign-in to Paizo.com. Additionally, you must have set your subscriptions to Gen Con pick up prior to July 30th.

Things go faster if you grab the items you need and bring them to the register.

If I were picking up my subscriptions at Gen Con, I would print off the order confirmation email or go to the My Subscription Page and print of the list of items I'm going to be picking up. Or I would make a note on my phone. I would not rely on an internet connection to look up that information while at the convention since the tubes get clogged with so many attendees trying to access them.

We will also have a runner at the registers to grab something if you miss an item, but things will go much faster if you pick up stuff before you get to the front.
