Speed feats

I know some classes give you bonuses to land speed, but are there any feats that do this? If not, are there any that decrease the effect of medium or heavy armor on your speed?

the Fleet feat gives you a 5 foot speed boost. You can take it more than once. I don't know of any feats that affect armor encumberance.

Tribal Scars has an option that increases your movement by 5'.

Barbarian/Fighter with Fleet x 21, BMR 145 or so at 20th level. 10 + 21 * 5 (105) + 30. Change/reincarnate as a quickling (BMR 240) instead, it will probably be easier.
