Worth a watch, maybe a rent, maybe in theater if you have an significant other (SO).
I would give you that most of the good scenes are in the commercial, but not all of them.

I really liked it, but I liked the book more. A lot of the book's complexities are at least implicit in the movie, especially how R has a perfectly normal internal monologue but can't actually function at a normal level and what that must mean for him.
The book doesn't really bludgeon you with how he's trapped in his meatsuit, but it's a major theme.
