Dervish Dance does this for melee with a scimitar, but I don't recall seeing one that does the same for a ranged weapon, though it seems logical there should be (and I'm probably looking right past it).
From Paizo there is not such a feat, unless I am missing something from a very obscure gazetteer or an AP.
There may be such a thing from a third party source but I have not seen it yet.
I would also caution you on the fact that ranged based characters are already very powerful and allowing a feat for dex to ranged damage would be very, very powerful.
So powerful in fact that I as a GM would unequivocally never allow it regardless of source.
This is just my opinion, however.

My Archer Ranger at RotRL easily goes by with a lower CON and lower AC than I would have taken for a melee build.
This means I could put more points in DEX (for hitting) and STR (for damage), as well as more gp in enhancements for my bow (both for hitting and damage) instead of my armor/shield/natural armor and other magic items that boost AC.
If there was a way to forgo STR completely and use DEX for damage, I would have dumped the former and put even more points in the latter.
This would have been HUGELY unbalanced. Too much for my taste anyway. And I say this as a happy Powergamer.
There is no fun for me in strolling through almost every encounter while the other players are sitting on the sidelines and the GM is softly crying for his epic campaign.

The crossbowman fighter archetype gets dex to damage with crossbows.
Hadn't remembered that so I looked at it to see if I would trying making one someday.
It's requires the shot to be as a readied action. Meh. Once again the crossbow will be skipped. No full attack with dex bonus there.
