Bludd and xeen have each had their tantrums on these forums in various forms. Granted, not all focused on 1 set "topic" as our "newest member" (that isn't accurate anymore BTW we had some join yesterday) but still. I think im the only one in UNC to not throw one, I guess Im due. Or I am gathering it all, saving it, and will go nutz in game. guess we have to wait and see.
And I don't mind all the talk in our recruitment thread. Free bumps for us WOOT WOOT!!
@BLudd, just make sure to post the OP once every 10ish posts so people don't forget what this thread is.
@Avari, not sure about bludd and xeen as it never came up in conversation, but I am perfectly capable of wiping my own, but thanx for the offer. :-)

Company Goals: Acquisition of Wealth and Influence
Guild Size Goals: Visible = Small; Behind the Scenes = Moderate
Alignment: Lawful Neutral (Evil)
Game Focus: All Aspects (PvE, PvP, Crafting, Exploration, etc).
Website: http://unnamedcompany.guildlaunch.com - Under ConstructionIn all forms of government, where wealth, power and influence are held by the few or even the one, such power breeds corruption. Yet in almost all of these cases, the corruption is never admitted to, and it is often outright denied. Even in examples of Kingdoms or Nations where the leaders deem themselves to be just and honorable, and they do their level best to live up to that perception, practical governance at times requires good leaders to make tough choices.
It is at those trying times that a solution may be presented to them. They find themselves presented with an offer, to make their problems disappear; their competition to falter; their own reputation to rise; or their power to run anew, without question. It is at those times that The UnNamed Company makes its presence known and its talents needed.
The UnNamed Company is a chartered company (guild) that will contract for nearly any job as long as the price is right. We are open to applications for any whom: Are not adverse to risk, seek adventure and some good natured fun, are not too good or evil, are not chaotic and able to live by a few simple rules, finally and above all else ….. You must be loyal and have a sense of humor.
The UnNamed Company will contract for theft (including robbery, burglary, and banditry). The company also contracts for mercenary work, security work, assassinations, bounty hunting, espionage, smuggling, and just about any job you can think of and have the coins for.
I would like to thank everyone for bumping our thread. It has stayed on top all day. (No, I lied, I will not be bumping your threads)

Of all the companies in this community from what I have seen UNC has always acted like proper pirate nobleman. There are many companies I follow and will recommended to those I meet when PFO goes online. UNC is one of those I would tell any pvp interest player to join.
Of all the companies I watch UNC is the only pvp centered guild I watch. 1. Is because I hold many of it members in high regard. No matter what the argument or fight I have seen them take the high road more often then not. As one of their probably victims this fact gives my hope.
2. Life is never boring whenever a UNC member makes a post.
Here a free bump for you. :)

Free Bump.... But also just want to say as a T7V member who is also an Assassin, and who does understand the UNC, your purpose, how you operate and as someone who has stuck up for the UNC even being a member of T7V, and from what I can remember never had bad relations with any UNC member including Andius, I hope that the UNC and Andius in particular does not treat their disagreements with individual members of our guild or even Roseblood Accord members as all the same. We are all individuals and as such, even though part of a possibly hated antithesis of a guild to your own, I hope that you, as the UNC don't take it out on all of us, if you have a problem with a set of individuals. We are not all the correct target for this anger or revenge and the community and settlement we hope to build is not the correct target for this. Sure, attack us as a whole as you would anyone in the game for the right reasons, but don't specifically target everyone who is a member or ally and ruin our enjoyment or participation in the game, for or against the UNC. Do it in it's proper place.
I personally hope to on occasion play alongside your company and learn some of the PVP ropes both with and against you all. I may even have to work with you to further my skills in my chosen profession (as these most likely will not be available in my settlement). I'm hoping to have good relations with you all and have a lot of fun.
I am just hoping to have this pre-game situation of constantly having members at each others throats done with so we can the best time possible in the game and not take revenge on each other's members. I know that isn't that purpose of the UNC as stated so hopefully it doesn't become the focus.

Er, Andius' gruge is against all TEO/T7V, not because of a gruge with some people, but because TEO/T7V didn't agree to follow his decision about the location of the settlement.
I don't think that UNC will be a Roseblood Accord specific enemy, they just want to do their thing, but except if you choose to leave TEO/T7V, you are by definition, a target of Andius. Not UNC, but Andius, yes.

@ Wexel.
I typically don't hold grudges, or at least not until after I have gotten my first measure of revenge.
Please bear in mind, we have a few months to go before we are stabbing anyone in the face. A lot can change in that time, I think we have all seen that.
@ Audiucet,
Sir, I don't know who you are affiliated with. If it is TEO or T7V please identify it. If you are independent then either remain that way in these disputes or choose a side. You seem very pre occupied with all of this for an independent.

![]() |

@Bludd
This is quite true and hopefully things settle out before then. As the darker side of T7V I figure that I will run into the UNC quite often and had hoped to start off on a better foot than "kill on sight" for being T7V. As you say, maybe after the first measure of revenge is taken (if things don't change before then), it won't be a problem and no grudge will be held. Things do change and for us of the CN persuasion that can be very often.

Well, what do you mean, choose a side ? I see no reason to "side" against UNC. But since I intend to settle in the Roseblood region, I don't think that I can remain independent vis-a-vis Andius, no ? His intentions are very clear.

I'll be sure to show, sounds like quite a bit of fun! I do miss a good bar brawl. Do you plan to have a pit (arena) in your tavern for "Playing"? Maybe even a little gambling event now and then?
Sounds like a good idea. Maybe when UNC and others get similar spots we can create a tour and travel from Tavern to Tavern. :D

Ravenlute SBC _Prophecy_ wrote:...travel from Tavern to Tavern.PFO Pub Crawl! It'd be great if we could agree on a limited-time "no attacking" rule for the Crawlers.
Awesome idea... not so much on the not attacking part tho.
Speaking of which, does Aragon have plans for a Tavern... and if so what will it be called?

"The Lamenting Woman" I'll have to visit =)
Just remember to leave your tears at the door, and your coin in the Lady's bosom.
There will be a Statue of a Weeping Women, crouched next to a shattered caravan wagon. If you deposit a coin in her bosom, this will grant you good fortune and a mug of ale.

A new UnNamed Company Initiative is being launched...... We have spent over a year and a half developing our Chaotic Neutral credentials.
Now, it is time for the UNC to unleash its Chaotic Good horde to protect our settlement of Aragon and to rid the River Kingdoms of the abomination of Slavery!
Likewise our Chaotic Good warriors will be friends of the wood, water, stone and sky. They shall be vigilantes of the natural world, searching for and destroying natural resource stripping operations.
Rangers, Druids, Barbarians and any other lovers of nature or of personal freedom are called upon to join our ranks.
Remember, Chaotic Neutral, has its good side as well!!!

Freshly recruited vigilante reporting for duty

The UnNamed Company is growing and branching out into a settlement controlling company.
Aragon (CN) is currently home to the following chartered companies:
The UnNamed Company (CN)
The Vigilant (CG)
We are looking to create and begin recruiting our Chaotic Evil division. It is important to understand, this division will need strong leadership, and a great ability to role play CE without being Chaotic Stupid.

What does Aragon have to offer you that no other settlement does? It is the premier home of the PvP-focused individual and the individual looking to become a PvPer.
Why do I say this?
Aragon has the highest PvPer to PvEer ratio of all the top 10 settlements. Almost every member in Aragon has moderate to extensive experience in other Open World PvP titles. Every member I have spoken to so far intends to make PvP a major part of their gameplay. This is the settlement of PvPers, by PvPers, for PvPers.
Aragon is chaos: banditry, sabotage, smuggling, raiding, feuds etc. It offers a wide array of activities that may be looked down upon (or even altogether disallowed) in other settlements. What does this mean for you as a PvPer? This means more opportunities to fight.
Aragon offers all forms of PvP. Aragon currently has both a chaotic good and chaotic neutral group and is also working on a chaotic evil group. Want to play highwayman or barbarian raider who robs for pleasure and profit? Check out the UnNamed Company. Want to play a freedom fighter and champion of nature who fights, not for profit, but for ideals? Check out The Vigilant. Do neither of these groups appeal to you? Come settle in Aragon as an individual or sponsor a company here.
If you want to be a wolf, don't learn from the sheep. You need to run with the wolves. Aragon is the true home of PvP and those looking to excel at it. Join today!
And don't forget to vote for us in the land rush!

lol, keep recycling, it's good for the environment! I'm sure one day you'll have your very own promotional idea. But then, a bandit is a bandit...
Ugh, there are far too many Lawful and Good cookie-cutter guilds out there right now. I know there are some Barbarians in sheep's clothing milling around, looking for a place to belong.
Throw off the guise and join the Stone Bear Clan, the only true home for Barbarians in PFO!
We are focused completely on the Barbarian Way, our unquenchable thirst for combat and our passion for drink and a legendary life.
The Stone Bear Clan is not beholden to anyone, person or Company.
If you enjoy PvP and want to get the most out of it, then we're the group for you. We've got over a decade of PvP experience with a variety of games including Shadowbane, one of the most iconic FFA PvP games to hit the market.
If you want to play it safe and boring, then be a sheep, but if you want challenge and excitement stop being a pansy and Become a Barbarian!
-------Join the Stone Bear Clan now!-------

I don't really see the recycle. The UNC had begun to adopt a more raider / barbarian theme Dec 7, 2013.
I'm not saying we originated the theme, but perhaps it predates your's?

Nah, it's not the theme, it's the wording used.
One of the reason's we're going with a Kellid history instead of Ulfen is that you are doing the Viking so we're pulling more on the generic 'Conan' barbarian type. UNC is also focused heavily on the Bandit theme, while SBC is purely Barbarian. There's enough difference that we shouldn't have to worry about being copies of each other.
The annoyance is the similarities that have been cropping up lately between some UNC posts following SBC ones. I'll break this one down.
SBC: "the only true home for Barbarians in PFO"
UNC: "The True Home of PvP"
SBC: "If you want to play it safe and boring, then be a sheep..."
UNC: "If you want to be a wolf, don't learn from the sheep"
SBC: "We've got over a decade of PvP experience with a variety of games"
UNC: "Almost every member in Aragon has moderate to extensive experience in other Open World PvP titles"
Just one line wouldn't matter but come on. If I mention a Jester in my next promotional post will you guys talk about Clowns?
Of course this could just be the result of me spending too much time scanning these forums and be a crazy coincidence. Maybe my subliminal messaging is working too well. :p
player haters they just don't like vikings.
Lol, silly man you have no idea what you just said.

![]() |

Ravenlute, we have been saying all this on these forums for over a year now.
If anything, you are copying us. (lol, notice how Bludd used predates as well, danced around that one)
We are also not doing Ulfen, its the Linnorm Kingdoms.
We have been talking about Conan the THIEF/Barbarian for a year now as well.
Eh, keep bumping our thread thanks lol.
Either way, I would like to welcome the second Chaotic group to PFO.

![]() |

Common phrasing and coincidence. Wolves and sheep are fairly common substitutes for PvPers and PvEers on the PFO boards. If you search my of Bluddwolf's posts for the terms you are sure to get results.
The first one is just because we are both advertizing for settlements, and third was because our PvP experience is one of our major selling points.
I honestly wasn't even thinking about your group while writing that up.

![]() |

That makes sense.
Of course this could just be the result of me spending too much time scanning these forums and be a crazy coincidence. Maybe my subliminal messaging is working too well. :p
Must be that then. *closes his book of overpowered Enchantment spells*
We are also not doing Ulfen, its the Linnorm Kingdoms.
Call it what you will Xeen, you're a Viking and you like it.
Honestly, I am just itching to get in the actual game already. These forums are too restrictive.

We are as well. Having a short alpha means we get in sooner but there is also valid concerns with having a short alpha. We will get in when we do, until then all we can do is bicker on the forums. Such is life. Maybe, depending on how this whole LR2 turns out, maybe we combine for a settlement. Doubtful and less desired, but possible. We will just have to see. Until then, We shall just fight for recruits LOL
