I feel that members of the same settlement, and perhaps members of the same alliance, should have some sort of ability to just come to other members aid and receive no penalties for doing so. Now how that's handled when the members of the settlement Are the ones who initiated the attack, I don't know.
I would argue that the same assisting ability should extend to resource operations that allies or settlement members are involved in.

There seems to be a lot of complaining that the game will not let someone be the "Hero" as they want to play it; that the game is unfair. Life, even a fantasy life, is unfair. A real hero takes what life has given them and saves the day anyway.
Game = Form of Entertainment -> supposed to be FUN.
Why would anyone spend time and money on a game that created an experience that was unfun for them?
I might enjoy playing the underdog in a completely lop-sided scenario in one of the turn based wargames I play...those are interesting...for a few hours... but that's it, they last ONLY for a few hours.
For an MMO in which you play hundreds of hours....no thanks.

But who cares about fairness or logic...PFO seems more about finding ways to minimize the participation of Good characters, especialy LG characters.
Well, you certainly live up to your alias.
You do realize that there are many people other running around the boards loudly complaining about how the game is so unfair and illogical because it gives all the best perks to LG characters, right?
And, of course, yesterday's blog update included major changes to how alignments work... as future updates undoubtedly will as well. It's a concept under development.
