There may not be many of them out there, but does anyone have a Raven-blooded boon (the one that allows the creation of tengu)?
I don't have one of those, but I do have a triple-race boon that allows the creation of a nagaji, wayang, or kitsune. I also have a separate kitsune boon. I don't currently have any Racial Heritage shenanigans planned, so if you are interested PM me with an offer.

Typically, you may only use these options to count as a member of a race in the "always available" list. [u]However, if you have a boon that allows you to play as a member of another race, you may apply that boon to a character to unlock the ability to take that race's features with options like the Racial Heritage feat. For example, you could apply a ratfolk boon to a human character to allow that character to select ratfolk-restricted racial options with the Racial Heritage feat, as long as they do not depend up ratfolk-specific physical features. Refer to this FAQ regarding Additional Resources for more information.[/u]

Catfolk is a common dream. As a charity auction boon, the closest most of us can come is a beastkin furry tiefling with kitty ears that is pretending to be a catfolk.
I keep hoping it will show up eventually in the GM Paizo or GenCon boons.

Fanglord skinwalker that never comes out of their bestial form would work too. Even the racial stats are the same! (Although that Cha skill penalty for the bestial form is pretty nasty.)

Not really. I'd look at it the same as people offering to paint minis for boons. The fact that
the person also does art for money doesn't really change anything, in my opinion. Character artwork isn't money, I can't spend character artwork for goods or services, I don't see an issue here.
