Hey, all!
My wife has an almost-fourteenth-level gnome bard who has not done a serious spending spree in about three levels. She now has 71,640 gp, 8 sp, and 2 cp that has not yet been spent.
I'm looking for advice on what would be good equipment to buy for the character. For the most part, she is a support caster, using Bardic Music along with the Finale spells and curative magic, with a few sonic-based attacks mixed in. She also uses a +1 flaming shortbow to deal ranged damage when not casting spells.
Currently, she has 96 HP, AC 27, and a +12 attack bonus with her shortbow. Her saves are Fort +8, Reflex +14, and Will +12.
Currently, her equipment includes:
+2 studded leather armor
+2 buckler
Dusty Rose Prism Ioun Stone
Headband of INT/CHA +4
Ring of Protection +2
Cloak of Resistance +3
Boots of Striding and Springing
Several thrown weapons (alchemist's fire, holy water, thunderstones, etc.)
Elemental Gem of Water
Restorative Unguent
at least 248 chickens (it's a long story)
So, what advice would you have for what she should buy next? I have Ultimate Equipment, so anything in there is legal. Third-party stuff would have to be approved by the GM, but he's relatively permissive, so it's not out of the question.
Thanks for your help!

Ring of Evasion or Ring of Freedom of Movement are both good options. Upgrading the Cloak of Resistance to a +5 is never bad. Hand of Glory (which goes on the neck) can give you another ring slot (and Rink of Blink or Ring of Invisibility are both good options). Amulet of Natural Armor is a nice option, and necklace of adaptation can make you more versatile as well.

In addition to the above:
First and foremost: Handy Haversack
Wand of CLW in spring loaded wrist sheath (left)
Lesser Rod of Metamagic (_______) in spring loaded wrist sheath (right) (I like Extend)
Belt of Dex/Con +4
Luckstone
Circlet of Persuasion (uses head slot, not headband slot... so many people get that wrong...)

Thanks for the suggestions!
The Handy Haversacks, wands of curing, and so forth are coming from a communal party fund, so although I didn't list them here, she does have some of those. (Which reminds me, we need to buy another curing wand...)
I like the idea of the luckstone, and a metamagic rod sounds like it might be useful as well.
Good idea about the Circlet of Persuasion; I hadn't realized that it was a separate item slot from the headband!
Which book are the Pages of Spell Knowledge from? Those sound useful!

Glove of Storing + Lesser Quicken Rod.
First round of combat:
- Free Action: Get Rod out of the Glove
- Swift action: Quicken Haste/Good Hope
- Move Action: Inspire Courage*
- Standard Action: Haste/Good Hope (the other one, obviously)
- Free Action: Put Rod back into the Glove.
Grants +6 attack, +5 damage, +2 saves, +1 AC, +30 ft movement and an additional attack to the whole party in one turn.
*Yes, you can use bardic performance as a swift action at that level. No, that does not mean you have to use the swift action.

You are 100% correct, but as a point of clarity: You only get 1 swift action per turn.
If you used an Immediate Action at any point between your last turn and the current turn, that counts as your Swift action for this turn.
The aptly named 'Free Actions' are, of course, free and don't count against your actions. Therefore in the above scenario you outlined, you would have to use a move action to start the Bardic Performance.

Celestial Armor and Celestial Shield for 35,570 gp. Adds 5 to her AC, and gives her overland flight for 5 hours a day.
Ring of Force Fangs is only 8,000 gp and protects her from all force spells while giving her access to magic missile when she wants to use it.
Have her commission a staff being built for her. Pick several useful spells that are on her spell list, but she doesn't have, and the last spell is the highest level, but she does know this one. This greatly expands on the variety of spells she can cast. It also allows her to recharge the staff on her own during down time.

it is a common misconception that you need to be able to cast the highest level spell a staff can cast in order to recharge it.
Recharging Staves: Staves hold a maximum of 10 charges. Each spell cast from a staff consumes one or more charges. When a staff runs out of charges, it cannot be used until it is recharged. Each morning, when a spellcaster prepares spells or regains spell slots, he can also imbue one staff with a portion of his power so long as one or more of the spells cast by the staff is on his spell list and he is capable of casting at least one of the spells. Imbuing a staff with this power restores one charge to the staff, but the caster must forgo one prepared spell or spell slot of a level equal to the highest-level spell cast by the staff. For example, a 9th-level wizard with a staff of fire could imbue the staff with one charge per day by using up one of his 4th-level spells. A staff cannot gain more than one charge per day and a caster cannot imbue more than one staff per day.
A staff can hold spells of any level, and the minimum caster level of a staff is 8th.
you must be able to cast any one of the spells the staff can cast, and have a spell slot equal to the highest level spell it can cast. it does not need to be the same spell.
any sorcerer who can cast both endure elements and has a 4th level spell slot can recharge a staff of journeys, which is mostly a druid-ish staff
