Dawnflower Dervish and Lore Warden. These are the only fighter archetypes I can play without being bored as hell.
I like the concept of the Tactican archetype, but the mechanics are meh.
Unbreakable, especially if I'm just dipping fighter. I can't believe an archetype this good at level one got through editing.
Meh. I'd rather be able to pick a single decent feat than get 2 weak ones.

I'm very fond of the Cad. Very barroom brawl. Dirty tricks galore.
The Foehammer out of ARG for Dwarves is also really neat. The 9th level ability makes me want to go TWF with hammers and take the Hammer the Gap feat.
I'm also fond of the Unbreakable and either of the mounted combat based archetypes.
My favourite fighter ability, however, is armor training. The ability to move full speed in full plate is what makes me so fond of fighters in the first place. Archetypes that give that up I would think twice about using, unless it's right in the character of the class or it gives up the heavy proficiency anyway.

Brawler, all day every day. Go in unarmed and harass the living crap out of them, then take the AoO when they try to back up. I only wish that they and the cad had their abilities a little switched. Brawler seems to fit with disarm and cad seems to fit with reposition. "Battles are for winning..." and repositioning can mean the difference.
