That was amazing. I hate to use the term but it seems to fit...he landed like a boss. That was an amazing jump and landing. 24 miles? I get scared at 24 inches.

I didn't realize that the guy in mission control going over the checklist with Baumgartner was the USAF colonel who set the skydiving altitude record in 1960 (and whose freefall duration record survived). Thought that was a nice touch.
