Ending a campian / equipment

I have only played home games. So have no experience with rules other than what we read.

*all gear/items found during campain go poof? Even not on cronicle sheet.

*items sold/bought do we need to list every littlething on the sheet?

Items all go away at the end of a scenario, and you are paid out in gold for them. This allows people to purchase what they want. No items last beyond the end of a scenario.

All item purchases need to occur on a Chronicle and be signed off by a GM, since the player could go somewhere else to play and the GM needs a way to make sure everything is tracked properly.

In 3-09 part 1 quest for pertfection teir 4-5 has a +2 bracors of armor you can find but they aren't on the cronicle sheet and from what I read you cant buy them normally. So what now?

It looks like an oversight, but if it's not on the chronicle sheet, it can't be bought that way.

Bear in mind that as they cost 4000gp, any character with at least 18 fame can buy them anyway (see table 5-3 on p26 of the PFS guide). 18 fame is possible by 4th level, and very likely when still at 5th level.
