Runelords and tattoos

Hello, I have a question about Runelord archetype.

Tattoo artist :
When you select this feat, you gain the formulas for four common magical tattoos of 2nd level or lower.

Except in the equipment, the tattoos are level 3 minimum.

There is a problem, no ?

No, it's not going to change anytime soon.

The regular (non-Runelord) Tattoo Artist feat has the same problem. Both feats are identical.

Yup, I personally feel like at this point they could improve the situation by putting out a blog post with sanctioned content much like they did at points during the PF1 development cycle where they publish at least a half dozen level 1 and 2 Magical Tattoos so that this can be hotfixed until they're able to slot these into future hardcover releases.

Or just don't sweat the 8 gold you 'lost' by not getting 4 level 2 or lower formulas from a skill feat. The feat still works, especially if you wait to take it at 4. It's hardly what I'd call a broken to the point that it needs a hotfix.
