My husband and I are attending the con together. We have registered for the buddy system. Now for my questions.
Do we both sign up and rate lottery events? For the open slot registration later, should just one of us register since it has indicated we are always put in an event together?
Will the PFS events be hard to get into?
Thank you for your help and patience This is new to me and my husband is very excited.

From the FAQ: "For best results, you and your buddy should select the same priorities for each of your event lists—if one buddy has ranked an event a "0," and the other buddy has ranked it higher, you could both be assigned to that event." So, yes, both of you should sign up for events.
PFS events aren't subjected to the lottery, and there are a LOT of slots for scenarios. Getting into one shouldn't be terribly difficult. If there's a particular one you're interested in, take note that the same ones are going to be played a few times that weekend (some of them have 2 tables in a given slot also).
